He was friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell he was truly passionate about showing visitors what he loves about Portugal. He had great dinner recommendations too! Had champs and a croissant at a cute little bakery on the side of the river. Then onto wineries, lunch, river cruise. It was a great day. We got along so well with our guide Joao, that we all met up later for drinks.
