The route takes you to many top attractions. Good views from the top but ceiling is quite low, bottom level views were good as well. One driver was constantly asking for positive reviews which was annoying after the 20th time on a 20 min ride.
Made seeing the city easy and learning about vancouver, Shari the driver was the only live narrator all the others were playing a prerecorded soundtrack
It was a great way to see the highlights of downtown Vancouver. We did not have a lot of time so only did a partial loop, but the information was great. We had a nice lunch down by the river which was close to one of the stops. We had taken a taxi to the hotel our friens were staying at and then tried to find a close by stop which was not right on the corner and we were looking for a big sign as described to us when we got off the cruise at the terminal pier. They are much smaller than described and not right on corners. We wasted a bit of time there....
Don't book Big Bus. Book the trolley instead. We waited at stop 1 for 30 minutes only to discover that the arriving bus was full. Just a few people got off and we were stuck waiting another 30 minutes with no idea whether we could get on the next bus. Why wouldn't they just release a bunch of buses for the early morning rush and make sure everyone can get on. What a waste of our day in Vancouver. I noticed the trolley didn't seem to have this problem.

I don't recommend it, it's a waste of time and money. I've used this service many times, returning several times each time, for example in Qwebec City. Unfortunately, it didn't make sense in Vancouver.

Great way to traverse the city, reach the most interesting sights and have the flexibility to spend as much time as you want in any particular area. The wait time for a pick-up by the next bus was short (<7 min) if you plan your time accordingly. Sherry (like the Spanish wine) also provided great factoids about the area. She made the trip much more interesting than just a shuttle service to the next stop.

An excellent way to see the city and get safely around hassle free. The female driver on the last bus today was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I was sorry to have to get off.

All went smoothly. Guided tour was good. Traffic with starts and stops was horrendous but nothing the bus driver or company can do about that.

Sherry is amazing very knowledgeable and entertaining. Enjoyable ride, I would ride again!! Highly recommend. Great service, Sherry was very professional helped customers and kept her cool when a she had a rude person yelling at her for doing her job. It wasn’t his concern that was inappropriate but the way he treated her was uncalled for. She needs to know she’s amazing and we are happy we got to meet her.

We took the Big Bus on our first day in Vancouver and rode the entire route just to see the sights in Vancouver. The bus driver didn’t make it clear which stop we were approaching. The next day we rode the bus to Stanley Park & stayed at the park for several hours. Then caught another bus to get back closer to our hotel. The driver on this bus did explain where we were & which stop on their route was approaching.
