Description
Meet and greet with fasst track immigration makes passing through airports simple. It adds a First Class feel, something that is usually reserved for VIPs and celebrities. It makes passing through a busy airport easy, and will ensure a fast arrival, a smooth departure, or a successful connection. We are experts in helping passengers pass through their airport. Arrival Meet and Greet Once you land, your personal assistant meets you at the skywalk and guides you through all formalities, including passing through Customs via the Premium Immigration Lane and navigating the Arrivals Hall. Departure Meet and Greet Our friendly hostess will meet and greet you at a location agreed in the departure hall, holding a sign with your name or a company logo. They will then assist with check-in and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counter where a fast pass voucher is included. After escorting you past fast track and immigration, they will show you to your gate.

Important Information
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

- Adult pricing applies to all passengers over 2 years 1 day on the date of travel
- Infant aged between 14 days old and 2 years old on the travel date are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult
- Full name and flight arrival details are needed for this service
- For the question at checkout "Where would you like to be dropped off" please enter "Exit" or "Your Hotel Name" if you booked a airport transfer
- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
- Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
- Short-Notice Booking Policy: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to final airport capacity. If high demand prevents us from securing your slot, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Fast-track on DMK actually not required, here there are regular short waiting times and a quick check-in.

It was a very bad experience, twice now I have used VIP Fast Track only to get stuck at Immigration at DMK Thailand as they let the families use the VIP Priority Lane, & so I still que behind 15 people & pay US$80.92 (thb2,600) to wait 30mins. Only 1 VIP Priority Lane was open, so I ask Immigration lady to open the 2nd Lane, but she just repeats Closed, Closed & pretend not to speak English. Very poor customer service indeed.

While our team always does its best to ensure a smooth and seamless process, the staffing and operation of Immigration lanes are entirely managed by airport authorities, and unfortunately, outside of our control. In some cases, other travelers you saw may also have purchased Fast Track access, which could explain the queue. Also, even our guides are not permitted to request Immigration to open additional lanes, as this is solely at the discretion of airport officials. The VIP Fast Track service was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted right at the gate by a polite and professional assistant Ms Kaimook who guided me through immigration quickly and efficiently. No lines, no confusion—just a seamless and comfortable experience. Perfect for anyone wanting a hassle-free arrival at Don Mueang. Highly recommended!

Service was good , but there is no cart available, wife need to walk up to the taxi stand , the girl was there at the aerobridge with the name , only problem is there is no cart available

The VIP Fast Track service at Don Mueang was worth every baht spent! As soon as we stepped off the plane, we were met by a friendly staff member holding our name sign.
