Everything went well. When we arrived at the airport, we had to wait for them to arrive. The drop-off was on time, and we made it back to the airport on time as well.
The driver was very professionall and welcoming. I would definitely use them again. I booked them not knowing what to expect, but I'm glad I chose them.
The staff are willing to help with any issue that comes up. Delta had lost one of our bags and we had to wait at airport for an extra 45 minutes and they rescheduled our pickup. Very accommodating.

Pick up area was not clearly defined. Also, the day of travel, they required an additional $60 payment. The reason given was that the resort destination was further even though I stated the resort destination when I booked the ride. Plus, the payment was required when I got in the vehicle and they would not accept a credit card, only cash. Nice people but a terrible way of doing business. Basically, bait and switch. The ride was very nice and the driver, Henry, was polite and friendly.

We would, however, like to clarify that there was no bait and switch. The transfer booked was for the Punta Cana area, while your resort was located outside the area covered by that product. The additional $60 was the difference in transportation cost to the actual destination, not a hidden fee. We understand that this was frustrating and apologize if the service area was not clear enough during the booking process. We are reviewing how this information is presented to help avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.
