It was a great day. The guides were good. The boat trip was super fun. Well arranged and safe. Unfortunately we hadn't seen any dolphins but that didn't make the trip any less beautiful and fun. We do have a big turtle. Highly recommended
In a word great The driver had prepared a welcome message with translate and he put on Dutch music for us On the way back again a prepared message but great Then you can see he was really prepared which guests he was going to pick up The guide we went snorkeling with was really great they were with 2 Guides one swam in front the other behind the group Continuous checking is everything ok 👌? Had a very nice chat with Timo Sober boy with a nice joke here and there 🫶🏼 Lots of fish seen and beautiful coral Only unfortunately no dolphins 🐬 But this didn't spoil the fun We had a fantastic day ❤️
Everything was perfect and taken care of in detail; some crew members spoke Italian very well and all the others spoke English well. We swam with the dolphins; the guide did everything to help us meet them, using a motorboat to let us get into the water at the perfect spot relative to the movements of the dolphin pod. Afterward, we saw some magnificent corals. The excursion takes place far offshore; we have life jackets and the guides are attentive while we are in the water. I still recommend the excursion to those who are comfortable in deep water and can swim quite well. On the way back, the sea was rougher and I wasn't feeling well; the crew helped me and stayed by my side, having me sit in the best spot and in the shade to minimize seasickness! Thank you!
We booked a trip to Dolphin House with a staff member named Taher. He gave us a 100% guarantee that we would be able to swim with the dolphins. We paid 350 euros for the trip for three children and two adults. During the boat ride, the divers were solely focused on promoting scuba diving. We were allowed a five-minute trial dive; if we liked it, we could dive in the lagoon instead of snorkeling—for an extra 40 euros per person. Once we arrived at the lagoon, naturally, there wasn't a dolphin in sight! And of course, they had known that all along. So, we spent our time posing underwater for the photographer's camera, but we never saw a dolphin! And then, at the end of the day, you’re expected to pay another 150 euros if you want the photos. So, people—don't fall for it! The dolphins are simply scared off by the sheer number of boats heading there! You won't get to see any dolphins!
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience. However, after checking our records, we could not find any booking or participation under your name with Red Sea Offer. The details mentioned in your review, including the staff member “Taher” and the €350 price, also do not match our company or our services. It seems that you may have posted your review on the wrong company’s page. 😊 If you enjoyed (or had issues with) your Dolphin House trip, we kindly ask you to leave your review on the page of the company that actually operated your trip, so your feedback reaches the right people and helps future travelers make the right choice. We are Red Sea Offers, and we would be happy to welcome you on one of our trips—but we don’t believe we were the company you traveled with on this occasion. We have also contacted Tripadvisor and asked them to verify the review. Kind regards, Red Sea Offers Management
It was a unique experience. There are a lot of guides on board, so snorkeling takes place in small groups; our group consisted of 4 people, which we liked very much. We saw a lot of dolphins and were allowed to decide for ourselves during the 2nd snorkeling trip whether we wanted to go to the reef or to the dolphins again. (This segment was merged into translation_19 for grammatical consistency and flow.) Furthermore, there was an offer on board to go for a dive; it was my first time and it was incredible. A guide went into the water alone with me and accompanied me wonderfully. We can only recommend it.
The transport was well organized and the ship's crew was a well-coordinated team. We saw a great many dolphins and snorkeled in a group of 7 people. We were particularly impressed that when we spotted a manatee on the return trip, the ship turned around specifically so that everyone on board had the opportunity to marvel at it. When we arrived at the harbor, we even saw a sea turtle; it doesn't get better than that. Many, many thanks for this day, which will certainly stay in our memories for a long time!!!!
It was wonderful. We were able to snorkel and saw dolphins. Everything was very relaxed and without stress or rush.
We paid more to go further into the water at Samadai and increase our chances of seeing dolphins, but we were not at Samadai; it was the boat staff who told us (I am Arab and I inquired myself with the staff). It is better to book once on site and check the prices and the boat's stopping points to see the dolphins. Additionally, I was contacted by at least 3 people who are asking me for the same documents that I have already sent, to resend them. Another point is that it is better not to ask them questions because they never respond.
good organisation. The transfer was on time, the boat was confortable and we had stunning encounters with large dolphin's pods.
Avoid opal travel and go to sataya. This s a scam. Life jacket ordinary and u wont see delfine
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that at Shaab Samadai wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all visitors, as this is a regulated rule for safety and environmental protection. Regarding dolphin sightings, we never guarantee this, as they are wild animals in their natural habitat. We always strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests, and we kindly ask that reviews reflect accurate and fair information.
