A prompt start in the centre of Vigo. Guide was interesting but seemed to focus a lot on historical factors than what was visible around us. He made a good effort to link the importance of Vigo to his American tourists, but there was little on the places we actually visited.
An insightful walking tour full of history and details. 'George' worked his magic with all the attendees. An interesting way to learn more about the place you are visiting
Very knowledgeable! Kept us walking and learning. Loved it.
Believe the reviews. 5 stars and more. Jorge was absolutely outstanding. This man knows his country and more. So much information delivered in a fun, story telling manner. I truly enjoyed this tour.
Excellent tour with Giorgio who was very knowledgeable, could answer all of our questions and managed to thread stories about the region relevant for the different nationalities on the tour.
Jorge brought his city and its diverse history wonderfully closer to us. Vigo might not seem appealing at first glance, but after a morning with Jorge, you have learned a lot, laughed, and been amazed. His English is super easy to understand. We highly recommend this tour!
Jorge was an excellent guide for our tour. Incredibly knowledgeable, hilarious and able to adapt his tour to his audience and their interests on the fly, based on conversations he had with us, which was really impressive! It took two hours in total, and for the quality guidance the price was a bargain!
Sweet and short Vigo tour led by Jorge. Very knowledgeable and extremely polite. Definitely a good overview of Vigo Spain.
The guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the tour. Would recommend. Some hills to walk up, but not too bad.
We were on a cruise but had never visited Vigo. We booked this tour to learn about the port as my partner is blind so doesn't get much info just walking around on our own in a strange place. The meeting point was very easy to find about 5 mins brisk walk from the port (see no 36 on the map I've attached). 'George' our guide was very friendly and easy to get along with and gave us lots of interesting facts as we walked. Very good value for money and highly recommend, but bear in mind that Vigo is hilly, though there are escalators to get up to higher parts.
