Beautiful Lucerne

So many wonderful things to see in Lucerne: Walking the beautiful Chapel Bridge that was constructed at the beginning of the 14th century, the water tower that is over 111 feet in height and built circa 1300, the painted houses that describe who lived there, and the Dying Lion of Lucerne, described by Mark Twain as “the saddest and most moving piece of rock in the world.” The boat ride to the Baumgarten Restaurant, for dinner, on Lake Lucerne, at sunset, was an unforgettable experience!
