Charming Driver
VIP was OnTime and got me to the airport way before my flight like I planned. Excellent service before and after pickup scheduled. Maui airport is so easy to navigate and the service is great.

Shuttle arrived on time...
Shuttle arrived on time and was easy to locate. Driver was great! He was friendly and shared information about the history of the island on our drive to the airport. I definitely recommend!

Ben was wonderful!
Our driver Ben was on time and leaded all our bags for us. We chatted with him the entire drive from our resort to the Kahului airport. He was friendly and a safe driver. He also shared some interesting tidbits about the island and gave us ideas for our next trip to Maui!

The driver was on time...
The driver was on time and waiting out front of my condo. He was helpful with my bag and very friendly. We talked the whole ride to the airport.

Great driver, customer service via phone was horrible.
Driver was awesome! The initial call to confirm pickup was not. I totally understand there was a lot going on the day after Lala hit, but the rudeness of the girl who took my call , was unnecessary. Luckily , I had a rep call to confirm my transportation later in the day.

Leaving Maui☹️
Our van was 45 minutes early!!!! The driver was excellent!! We arrived at the airport 3 hours before the flight and needed all of it to get through the checkpoint 😱
