A Once-in-a-Lifetime Death Valley Experience

Our trip to Death Valley with Andrew as our guide was a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. He not only shared fascinating stories and provided a smooth and safe drive, but also created an incredible atmosphere by choosing the perfect pieces of music to play at each spot. It felt as though we were taking part in a movie, with every story perfectly followed by music that made the moment even more memorable. The combination of the breathtaking scenery, Andrew’s storytelling, and the carefully chosen music created one of the greatest travel experiences of my life. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Death Valley!

Extremely disappointed. Tour cancelled without a word.

The evening before departure I received a schedule with the exact pickup time and place. The schedule also included my phone number so I knew they would be able to reach me if there were any misunderstandings. On the day of departure the bus didn't show up. After waiting for a while I started getting nervous thinking I missed the ride. After 30 minutes i tried calling an texting the tour guide. There was no response to my texts and the phone calls went straight to voice mail. I tried contacting the tour operator via trip advisor and finally almost two hours after the planned departure I got a response telling me the tour got cancelled. Extremely bad treatment of customers. Spent my only day off in Las Vegas waiting for a tour that never happened.

Excellent Experience (even with the heat!)

Such a fabulous experience! Andrew, our tour guide, was excellent. Texted us easy instructions and an agenda, picked us up at our hotel, had lots of great information, was very engaging, took excellent photos, had lots of cold water, and even set the stage with music during the tour. He kept the conversation flowing. We went in August when it was HOT. Temperatures reached up to 125 degrees. We were able to hop in and out quickly. I’d recommend serious sun protection if you come during the summer months. There were 7 people on our tour, so we had room to bring a backpack with some snacks and neck fans and chargers. There were USB ports in the van. We didn’t need to bring so much. We stopped at a nice gas station on the way to and from Death Valley for the bathroom and snacks. There is a bathroom stop about every 2 hours and we had a chance to eat dinner at a place in Death Valley. By far the *star* was the stargazing. I had done some research on the best time to see the Milky Way from Death Valley and planned accordingly. As you may know, you can mostly see the dust clouds with the naked eye and the vibrant outline in photos— this was exactly our experience. The viewing and photos were fantastic. We brought a camera and our cell phones. I can’t recommend this tour enough. I got to check off a bucket list item! Do your research on the night sky before you go if that’s your goal for the trip. Andrew will make sure you get great photos on your cell phone!

Great Tour! Highly recommend

Great Tour. Temp was over 125 degrees Fahrenheit but it was very manageable. Andrew our guide was Knowledgeable, accommodating, flexible, and funny! It felt like a car full of friends driving out. Andrew made sure everyone was safe and comfortable even in the extreme heat. He brought ice waters and distributed them often! Besides the scenery the next best thing was that Andrew knew all the right places to go and helped take the most amazing pictures!

Wow! What an amazing day...

Wow! What an amazing day we had with Andrew! It was unbelievably hot but he kept us cool and comfortable. All of the stops were breathtaking and along the way Andrew shared the history and geological evolution of the areas. His question and answer approach bonded our group and the peak timing of the stops ensured an optimal experience for all. Highlights include the dramatic shadowy sunset and stargazing under a full moon. Thanks!

Far Beyond My Expectations

This was, without a doubt, one of the best tours I've ever been on. I've traveled to more than 40 countries, so I've met many tour guides over the years, but Jason truly stands out as one of the best. His knowledge, passion, organization, and genuine care for the group made the entire experience unforgettable. The level of preparation honestly exceeded all my expectations. It wasn't just a tour—it was a complete experience. The attention to detail and the effort put into making the day special were incredible. And the surprises didn't end when the tour was over. We received beautifully edited photos, stunning night sky shots, and even personalized video from our day. I never expected anything like that, and it made the experience even more memorable. If you're considering this tour, don't hesitate. You'll be amazed not only by Death Valley itself but also by everything you receive as part of the experience. Highly recommended!

A brilliant day out from Las Vegas

I recently took my sister in law on this trip having done it the year before myself and enjoyed it. A fantastic day with plenty to see. It was made even better by Andrew, our guide for the day. His efforts, knowledge and sense of humour were very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

An Amazing and Beautiful Place

Death Valley is an amazing place. I was just looking for something to do to fill in my vacation and picked it because the pics people took were beautiful. Our guide Andrew was funny, engaging, and knowledgeable about all of the places we passed by and stopped at to take pics. Whether it was showing us locations that parts of the Star Wars movies were filmed, a Tesla burst into flames, or how Death Valley got its name, he knew the area very well. Andrew also made sure to help us with taking pics, always offering to take some for everyone in my group. He brought plenty of water along for everyone and made plenty of restroom breaks. At the stargazing location, he brought mats for us to lay on and look at the stars, and also took a long exposure photo for everyone that showed the Milky Way.
