Day Tour to Maasai Mara Reserve From Nairobi

Our fantastic family game drive was a experience. Despite the short duration, we saw a variety of wildlife and enjoyed the beautifulness of the plains. The guide was knowledgeable and made the trip both enjoyable and educational for everyone. It was the perfect safari option for families looking for a memorable adventure without spending the entire day in the park. Highly recommended

I had an amazing game drive with total experience. The trip was well organised, peaceful and rewarding. I have enjoyed observing wildlife in their natural habitat. The scenery was breathtaking, and entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend taking a solo game drive for anyone seeking adventure, relaxation and a deeper connection with nature.

I haven't ever experience the beautifulness of the nature since I arrive at maasai mara park was mostly of worthy, the big things I experience is the memories of the big five, this show me how to make another visitation to maasai mara, the driver was very knowledgeable and understanding. This was a great day trip! I was traveling solo for work and had one free day and decided to book a one day excursion from Nairobi to Masai Mara. A driver picked me up (no one else in the car) and stopped at artcaffe along the way for coffee/breakfast and bathrooms, so I was very comfortable for the 4 hr drive there. Once we arrived at the park, I was taken with another family to a jeep for our official Masai Mara tour by a guide who is a Masai native. He knew the rangers so they let him bypass the very long line to enter (and just pay later) so that we were not held up/got to be the first ones in the park! We immediately saw tons of wildlife, 3/5 of the big 5 plus so many others. It was around 5 hrs driving in the park and once again since our guide was friends with the rangers, we got access to a restricted area to see cheetahs up close! After the game drive, we all paid $25/each to enter the Masai Village which is very much worth it. BUT make sure you have lots of cash because this is where you will buy all your gifts/souvenirs and they don’t take credit card (and are a little pushy for you to buy their handmade gifts)! The ride home ended up being more like 7 hrs instead of 4 hrs because we stopped at a restaurant for lunch (that also had more souvenirs for shopping) and because of terrible traffic, BUT my driver was super chill and made me comfortable so it didn’t seem too long - I just listened to music, read a book, and took a nap

I never imagined one day could hold beauty. Thanks to Valent tours Kenya,we escaped Nairobi and stepped into the wild heart of maasai mara. Driver, made the journey unforgettable with his humour and deep knowledge of wildlife. Seeing elephants move around freely. The maasai village visit was eyeing-openig and inspiring. Travelling was smooth and everything felt thoughtful arranged. It was truly wonderful, and the animals we saw made every second worthwhile.

Our driver and guide, and couldn't have asked for any better. from the momentthe day startedwe feltcompletelysafe, relaxed and welcomed.
