We booked a last-minute return car to Ba Na Hills with Go Travel Da Nang through Viator and couldn’t have been happier with the service. We received instant confirmation, and Mr Cuong picked us up within the hour as arranged. Communication was excellent throughout, and Mr Cuong was punctual, friendly and reliable, both picking us up and dropping us back at our hotel. He also waited for us while we spent the day at Ba Na Hills, which was a huge relief as we didn’t have to worry about finding a Grab for the return journey, which isn’t guaranteed from Ba Na Hills. We also ended up purchasing our Ba Na Hills tickets through Go Travel, which was incredibly convenient and made everything so easy. Highly recommend Go Travel Da Nang, and especially Mr Cuong, for a stress-free and reliable transfer!

We had a great experience with this company! They offered to pre-buy our Bana Hills tickets in advance, and offered us the choice of VIP bracelet. It was WELL worth the extra cost (which, as far as I could tell, was all at face value, no surcharges). The instructions given for arriving and entering Bana Hills/getting on the tram were very helpful. This is on me, but I did not realize this was one way. It was easy, however, to order a Grab to pick you up where you were dropped off and take you home at the end of the day.

Everything went smoothly. Price comparable to Grab and others without the hassle of trying to get one in the evening from Ba Na Hills back to Da Nang.
