We are not picked us promised. Had to call the company and they sent another bus. We missed the first stop but the rest were good. I would not recommend this when you first arrive. You leave the city and go into the mountains, We had altitude issues.
Dear Jillian, thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the mix-up with your initial pickup. We are glad to hear that our team quickly coordinated a backup bus and that you enjoyed the rest of the tour. Regarding the altitude, you make a great point—Cusco sits at a high elevation, and we always recommend arriving a day early to acclimatize before heading out. We hope to welcome you back under perfect conditions in the future!
