Rained all day which was no one’s fault just put a huge damper on the cruise. staff was great though and tour was nice
It is not appropriate for anyone under a drinking age. Tour was supposed to start at 1 but we just sat there while another entire load of passengers was crammed on. Not enough flotation devices for an over crowded boat. Snorkeling and kayaking canceled once we arrived at “private beach” with many other boats at it. The other boats did seem to be snorkeling and kayaking. Passengers were vaping and smoking the entire trip with no way to get away from it. Food was good but not served until 4 pm when billed as lunch. Rules were laid out before we began but everyone ignored the safety precautions laid out and nothing was done about it. Just too many people on board. Fortunately we did have a nice sunset at the end of the tour.

We understand your concerns, particularly regarding the number of guests on board, smoking and vaping, the timing of the meal, and the activities that were not available that day. Safety and guest comfort should always be a priority, and although rules are communicated before departure, we recognize that they also need to be properly enforced throughout the experience. Regarding snorkeling and kayaking, there are occasions when activities may need to be limited or canceled depending on sea conditions and other safety considerations. However, we understand how disappointing this can be when those activities were an important part of what you expected from the tour. Your comments regarding the overall organization and atmosphere on board are also important to us. We are reviewing these points with the team so we can improve how we manage departures, capacity, onboard policies, and communication with our guests. We’re glad that you enjoyed the food and were able to end the afternoon with a beautiful sunset, but we also recognize that this does not make up for the parts of the experience that fell short. Thank you again for your feedback. It gives us an opportunity to identify where we need to do better and provide the experience our guests should expect from us.
Had a great time - we were by far the oldest on the trip but our group was a lot of fun. The crew took great care of us all, sunset was gorgeous! Had all the promised equipment and provided a great experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful day on the water. Boat was great for 24 people but would have been crowded if it was at max with 64.
I felt very comfortable before, on and after the catamaran ride. The staff was able to answer all my questions and always checked on us to make sure we were doing okay! We had such a wonderful time; I would highly recommend!
We enjoyed our day. Boat staff was great and they worked hard all day. Food was great. Overall we enjoyed our day, but we did not see anything at all and the snorkeling was not good. Couldn’t see anything really, but we still had fun and enjoyed it

My friends and I had a wonderful time on this catamaran tour! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, kept us well provided on drinks through the journey, and had many different activity options for the water. They had food options that I could eat (gluten free) and it seemed that the food should be safe for other dietary restrictions as well - I asked them before eating and they were able to tell me which dishes I could have. A very fun activity for anyone, we had a blast, and a very big thank you to Coral Dreams for a fun day.
I was on the 1:00 PM catamaran tour on May 14, 2026, and had an excellent experience. I heard a negative comment was made about one of the crew members, so I want to share what I personally experienced. The entire crew was excellent during the whole tour. The staff member in question was always respectful, attentive, kind, and professional. At no point did I see any inappropriate behavior or anything that made me or other guests feel uncomfortable. On the contrary, the atmosphere was great, full of positive energy, and everyone felt well taken care of during the trip. My experience was completely positive. I have photos from the tour that show how amazing it was and I'm happy to share them. Highly recommend this tour! 🌊💗🇨🇷
