It was an unforgettable family experience that exceeded expectations. The accommodation and excursions had everything that was advertised, accompanied by Nilda, Fernando, and the team, who were attentive to ensuring we had an incredible few days. The kayak tour, lunch, and horseback ride were fabulous. Taking this trip with professionals who love the place they guide was key. Thank you very much for making this visit a memory that will stay with us forever!
Wonderful day in the Iberá Wetlands; we chose the Huella excursion, which allowed us to get to know the Cabyretá portal and the Don Luis Reserve in depth. Fernando's attention was wonderful; we had the opportunity to spot numerous species and learn more about the local fauna and flora. The day was very full, and the food they prepared for us was excellent. We highlight the friendly treatment from Fernando and his wife and the ease of organizing the tours. It is an experience that does not leave you indifferent.
It was 2 incredible days with my son... The service at the agency was excellent... The guides Fernando, Ariel, Milton, and the raft guide in San Nicolas were wonderful, very kind, and know so much about the wetlands.... They fulfilled everything that was agreed upon and discussed...
Six stars out of five! Excellent tour, full or exciting experiences. We did it as a couple and we took 2 days with Ibera Connecta. On the first day we made the Portal Cambryeta and on the second day San Antonio. We saw a huge lot of capybaras and caimans, and different birds, and also deer, monkeys and great parrots. We did both kayaking and horse riding, it was very enjoyable and exciting. The horse ride was partially in the water, so we felt the wetlands with our feet. The kayaks were in the lake with a ranger on another kayak for safety. The trips included a simple breakfast and a lunch, the second day it was an authentic dinner on a rancho! Also there was a bit of walking with a lot of explanations about common plants and medicinal plants. So it was a real adventure. We lived in the Dona Monica apartment because it was convenient for the trip. Also Fernando took us from the Posadas airport the night before the trip which was very helpful. The price was really affordable for this type of experience compared to expensive Carlos Pellegrini.
The tour is excellent. Fernando is a star. The best way to get close to Ibera and its wildlife. A must-do kayak ride. Kindness and willingness to help. Excellent contact with the farm and its people. Do not hesitate to hire these services.
The Iberà Wetlands Trip with Ibera Connecta was the best wildlife trip that I have been on. You always think that you’re going to be on that one trip where you don’t see any animals but our guide, Fernando, assured us that we would see animals regardless of the cooler temperatures. And he was right! We saw all there was to see in terms of the big ticket items: caymans, capybaras, marsh deer, monkeys and a fox. Plus the bird life was spectacular especially the huge storks. Not only is Fernando familiar with the Ibera fauna, he is well versed in all the medicinal plants of the area as well as tree species. As well as the excellent wildlife experience, Fernando made sure that we were well taken care of providing us with a delicious lunch and tasty snacks! I highly recommend the Ibera Connecta experience to anyone interested in Argentinian wildlife and the natural environment.
Beautiful experience in Ibera. Since I contacted Ibera Connecta, the attention was perfect. Not only selling me their tour but also assisting me with information about the area I requested to reach Ituzaingo. Fernando and his team of guides were also incredible. They know a lot and provided us with details about the area, the fauna, and the flora of the wetlands. We visited 2 portals and managed to see all the possible wildlife. Super punctual, friendly, and fun. Everything one expects when using a service. I strongly recommend hiring Ibera Connecta to explore the wetlands.
Having chosen the Iberian Footprints tour, Nil proposed to join another excursion at the San Nicolas portal. Still we prefer to do the Cambyreta portal, so Fer picked us up at the accommodation and we did the excursion alone with him. It was an amazing experience. We had the portal to ourselves as we did not cross any other visitors. We made all the stops we wanted to go watching a lot of birds and mammals. Fully recommended.
We spent three beautiful days touring the Iberá with a great guide fernando
We made an excursion to the Esteros del Iberá with Fernando as our guide and it was a really beautiful experience. From the beginning it stood out for its punctuality, as it stopped to look for us by the accommodation as planned. We walked along the way to Portal San Nicolás, making several stops to observe the fauna and be able to take pictures quietly, something that we highly value. Canoeing was one of the most beautiful moments: very relaxing and perfect to get even closer to the animals in their natural habitat. Throughout the tour, Fernando shared information about the place, which greatly enriched the experience. We also took a hike along trails where we showed different plants and explained their medicinal properties, adding a very interesting plus. In addition, we enjoyed a very rich lunch in a unique setting. We returned happy, with a feeling of having lived something authentic and very connected with the nature of Iberá. Super recommended for those looking for a complete, quiet and well-guided experience.
