- The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded
- A smartphone is required to download and listen to the audio guide
- We recommend the use of headphones for a better listening and audio guide experience (headphones are not included)
- Meeting time is subject to change. If this happens, the activity provider will contact you by phone or message. Please make sure to provide the correct phone number with country code, and regularly check your WhatsApp and email for updates.
- Late arrivals will not be refunded
- If you book after 2:00 PM, you may not have enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You can either arrive earlier or visit the Roman Forum the following day.
- We recommend downloading the audio guide in advance, using Wi-Fi. It works offline afterward. Kindly note that it may not work on very old phones or devices not compatible with the app.
- The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps.
- Most travelers can participate. Not wheelchair accessible. Please note that due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not suitable for any persons with disabilities.
