This was a fantastic and interesting experience! The guides were funny and welcoming. I highly recommend!
Great tour. The air condition appeared not to be working. Too hot !!
What a great fun tour this was. Chuck & Larry made it so entertaining we all loved it! Lots of info on Cody and Buffalo Bill
This was so much fun! If you have never been to cody i definitely recommend going on the trolly. It was an hour long. Definitely worth the price to learn and see cody. The staff was a blast and definitely knew their history. The trolly wasn’t over crowded. It was a fun laid back atmosphere.
No AC on Trolley, but tour guides were fun and very informative. Maybe the trolly could go a little slower.
Hi Dennis! Thanks for visiting our town and for taking our trolley tour! I have been driving these tours for 15 years, I can attest to our AC system and we have a great one. We have used it a lot this summer, it has been uncharacteristically hot in Cody this year. Our front AC wasn't working well on 8/6, so we shifted folks to the part of the trolley it was working and got the front AC repaired later that day. I have spent a lot of time and money this summer making sure our AC is at it's best because of the temps this summer. It is a fantastic system and we are proud of how well it combats these temps mother nature has been throwing at us this season. Thanks again for visiting our town and taking our trolley tour! The Cody Trolley tour was awesome! They shared the history of Cody and pointed out attractions. Very entertaining and full of energy and filled with great stories.
Thanks for coming to Cody and taking our trolley tour. Thanks for leaving this feedback too! Safe travels! Wade & Carisa
Tour guide was amazing and engaging. Unfortunately mechanical issues of the trolly cut our tour short
Thanks for visiting our town and taking our trolley tour. We are glad you had a good time. Unfortunately we did have a break down this week, our alternator went out when the tour was just over halfway complete. In 26 years of doing trolley tours, we have only had three breakdowns happen during a tour. We rebooked some of the riders who were affected so they could catch another tour. For those who could not stick around, we gave full refunds. We are sorry your tour was cut short. Did you get a refund or were you rebooked? Please let us know and leave feedback based on that. Thank you for taking our tour and spending time in our town! Wade & Carisa
Great guides! Great history and info on the town of Cody. Well worth it!
Thanks for taking our tour and spending time in our town, we love Cody, WYOMING! Wade & Carisa
This was nothing special. It would have been just OK if it wasn't 99 degrees out and the trolley had no air conditioning. We sat in a steam room and in our own sweat. It was miserable. Couldn't wait to get out.
Thanks for taking the time to stop in our town and take our Best of the West one hour trolley tour! We love sharing the history of our town and what Buffalo Bill did in establishing our city. We sure wish we could affect the weather, mother nature doesn't listen to us much. It has been unseasonably hot recently, much more than we have experienced in quite some time. We have an incredible air conditioner in our trolley, but it is a historic vehicle, a bus. It will never match the AC most of us have in newer cars. When it is nearing triple digits, it is tough to make it cold inside for sure, but we do make it cool and takes the edge off for sure. If you truly didn't love our tour please contact me personally and I will refund your seat. We want you to enjoy what you spend your money. We sure love our town and want you to feel good about what you spend your time doing. Safe travels! Wade & Carisa
This was a very enjoyable tour with a lot of fascinating history. Our main guide, Chuck, was a font of information and quite entertaining. A few nitpicks: It wasn’t immediately obvious where to meet because the address provided was a block around the corner from the actual meeting spot. (If the emailed ticket confirmation had a map it would have been a great help here.) The trolley was advertised as being air-conditioned, but it was not, and so all the windows were open. By itself that wouldn’t have been a problem, but the wind noise coming in the windows interfered with the audio quality of the tour so I missed some of what was being said. All that aside, it was a fun hour and I learned a lot about Cody’s history. I would recommend this tour.
Thanks for taking the time to visit our town and ride our trolley tour! We love sharing the history of Cody and Buffalo Bill with our visitors! Thanks for the feedback, we really do appreciate everyones perspective. Our trolley tours launch from the porch of the historic Irma Hotel in downtown Cody. The porch is on one side of the building and we have a large trolley parked there all day. In 26 years we have not had anyone struggle to find us, so I will look into this and see what can be done to help. We do keep the windows open in our trolley. Our trolley (bus) is historic and beautiful, it has a fantastic air conditioner and we keep the air moving. It is hard to be very cold when we are nearing triple digits (which is very rare in Cody, WY). We keep it cool and we can take the edge off of the extreme heat, but it won't match the cold air flow of a personal vehicle. We use microphones and folks typically tell us if they are having trouble hearing, we have flexibility with the sound levels, up and down. I would request that you let folks know in the future during tours, so you don't miss out and it isn't an afterthought such as this. Thank you for visiting our town and for recommending our tour, we absolutely love sharing this history! Wade & Carisa
