- Tour duration - 60 minutes. If stopping at the cruise terminals, the tour duration is around 90 - 120 minutes and applies only when a cruise ship is docked at either Frihamnen Cruise Terminal, Stadsgarden Cruise Terminal, or both. Customers can ask staff on site for details

This is the worst service ever. There were 3 Red Sightseeing buses come by waiting for the City Sightseeing bus. In order to hear about where we were and information about the area didn’t work. So we got NO commentary about the city. I travel a lot and I enjoy the HO HO bus, but I will NEVER EVER EVER use the bus company again

Have done these hop on hop off tours in many towns and cities world wide and never experienced anything like it. Waiting an hour for a bus outside the ABBA museum and when it came it was very full standing room only. The driver kept packing folk in at subsequent stops. I had to stand the whole way back to stop 1. Very unpleasant and frankly unsafe. Was unable to listen to commentary due to no seats. Terrible
Average bus. For planning purposes give you self over and 1.5 hours to get back. The bus get bunched up and the take 30 Minutes breaks at certain stops. We ended up biking back to the cruise in order to make it back on time
On the 26/6/26 we were on a cruise and booked a hop on hop off boat for Stockholm. At the 2nd stop the boat broke down and had to make an unscheduled stop and everyone was offloaded. We were given no information about a replacement. We contacted city sightseeing for a full refund and they do not acknowledge or reply, even after sending several reminder requests. Terrible customer service and I don’t know where they get their claimed 4.5* reviews. Stay clear, untrustworthy
The tour is a good way to see the city. Unfortunately it was very difficult to know where and when pick up times were for each stop and the wait for the next bus was nearly an hour.

The guy who sold the ticket was not helpful to explain where was the first bus stop No audio guide in the bus, it is out of order! I recommend the other company
Driver was terrible. Clearly in a rush to get round (suspect it was before a lunch break). Plus, the open top roof wasn't working...we were told it was broken. As it was sunny and 24 degrees it made it quite uncomfortable.
We had never experienced so few explanations and waiting times on any bus tour before… I would definitely not recommend it.
Do not waste your money Waited over an hour at the stop Called company as live tracking showed all buses together She was very unhelpful would not provide a refund despite us not even getting on the bus
Do not waste your time taking this bus. Such a HUGE waste of money. Very disappointed. We waited almost an hour at a stop in front of the ABBA Museum and it never showed up. We were able to get a taxi to take us to the Royal Opera House. I’ve done a few of these hop on/hop off tours in other countries and never had any issues. Would definitely take the train instead next time we are in Stockholm.
