With a 24 hour ticket, passengers will get to see the city's best sights at their own pace with this handy hop-on hop-off format. Hop on and off at any of the 16 stops to visit famous attractions including Plaza de Espana, Paseo Martitimo and Jaime III. You'll have panoramic views from the open-top deck, whilst listening to the informative audio tour commentary. Upgrade to the Supreme ticket to also include entry to Mallorca Elements (Immersive Light Show), entry to Bellver Castle or the Spanish Village and much more! - Departures from Stop 1 Antoni Maura at 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12;30pm, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:20pm, 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm, 5:15pm and 5:50pm. Tour duration: 90 minutes
- The last bus serving Poble Espanyol (Stop 9) and Bellver Castle (Stop 10) is the one departing from Stop 1 at 5:15pm, arriving at Poble Espanyol at approximately 5:35pm and at Bellver Castle at approximately 5:45pm. As a general rule, the last bus at the castle departs downhill at 5:45pm
- Bus stops closed on Mondays: Hotel Valparaiso, Fundacio Pilar i Joan Miro, Palacio Marivent, Es Baluard.
- Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route. With your voucher, enjoy flexible access for up to 12 months from the travel date you select at check-out.
- Please note that changes to times, frequencies and stops may occur with little to no notice due to the changing situation.

- October - March: Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 6pm, Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10am - 3pm. Monday: Closed
- April - September: Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 7pm, Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10am - 3pm (please be aware that entry to Bellver Castle is free on Sundays). Monday: Closed
- The Bellver Castle ticket can be used on a different day to the bus
- Spanish Village (included in the Supreme ticket only): April - October: 10am - 6pm. November - March: 9am - 5pm
- CaixaForum (included in the Supreme ticket only): Monday - Sunday and Bank Holidays: 10am - 8pm
- Museu Es Baluard (included in the Supreme ticket only): Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 8pm, Sundays: 10am - 3pm. Mondays: Closed
- Entry to San Carlos Castle (included in the Supreme ticket only): Tuesday - Sunday: 10am - 2pm. Closed Mondays. Wednesdays: free entry
- Guided visit to the Maritime Museum (included in the Supreme ticket only): Visits are on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Please ask for times at the bus stop

- Mallorca Elements Immersive Experience (Supreme Experience ticket): Takes place in the historic Church of the Sacred Hearts, located at Carrer de Sant Gaieta, 9, Palma de Mallorca. Show times: 1:15pm, 3pm and 6pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your preferred timeslot. Duration: 30 minutes
- Please note, due to the solar eclipse, on Wednesday 12th August the bus will not be able to access Bellver Castle all day. Modifications will also be made to the bus route

Good way to hit all the important spots in a short period of time. The upstairs deck is pleasant and had a sun cover which we appreciated. The highlight for me was the Cathedral and surrounding areas. So if you want to save some time/money you could just visit that using a local bus. But the tours was worth it and met expectations.

Absolute worst hop on hop off experience ever! I have ridden on hop on hop off sightseeing buses throughout the world. The service provided in Palma on 8/3/26 was atrocious. Bus stop signs were not where the map indicated in multiple locations. Walked in all directions where the map indicated the stop and never found the bus stop. Many stops were skipped by the bus driver or the stop was so quick there was no opportunity to get off the bus. One of the sites was closed and the bus driver did nothing to notify people getting off.

Horrendous experience we had purchased tickets ahead of time and they were offering senior tickets on the ground for $35. We also had no audio because we didn't upgrade . we ended up getting off the hop on Hop off bus and needed to get an Uber to take us back to the ship Never Again
Easy way to see the city. Very enjoyable and convenient to find next stop. Sit on the top level. Good for families.

That the drivers don't care about the tourists; we needed information to know the stops and we felt like we were bothering them.

Very good way of seeing the city in an efficient way. Loved seeing the views from the castle. We sat on the lower deck, but then moved to the upper deck with a shade which was better.

During thr heat wave . The air conditioning is not very effective and seating in the back is like seating inside a broiler. You cant not see anything at all. I understand it is beyond their control but should uave more buses so people are not cramped so much

I typically do hoho in most countries I travel to. This was a 90 minute journey in the hot sun, although informative it needs to be a bit shorter. Bare in mind most museums and some attractions are closed on a Monday. I wanted to do the boat trip as part of the package however they didn't inform me initially that it finishes at midday. Overall it's ok to do if you're in palma and want to get an overview however it's not good value for money.

A nice informative audio guide - there is no in-person guide - and a comfortable journey. Unfortunately, the live tracking did not work correctly and the buses did not stick to timetable so we were left guessing as to when the next bus would be. One of the stops seemed to have been moved without the maps being updated, and one stop was left out altogether. On the final bus of the day several stops were skipped without us being informed by the driver. Sadly this undermined the value for money.
