With a choice of a 1-day, 2-day or 3-day ticket, you'll have plenty of time to see all the famous landmarks such as Dubai Marina, the Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa, Atlantis The Palm and many more! From the open-top deck you'll have amazing 360 degree views as you explore the city and with a multilingual audio guide available, you'll learn so much about the history and culture of Dubai. This tour also includes the Sunset and Night Tour and Al Seef Dhow Cruise, as well as Lost World Aquarium (only if the 2-day or 3-day ticket is selected).

- Red Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 9am, last departure from Stop 1 at 5pm. Buses run every 40 minutes. Tour duration: 80 minutes
- Blue Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 9am, last departure from Stop 1 at 5pm. Buses run every 40 minutes. Tour duration: 130 minutes
- Vouchers can be redeemed any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
- Vouchers can be redeemed at any of the bus stops or any of the following Customer Support locations: Zabeel Bus Parking (Dubai Mall), The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor), Mall of the Emirates Gate 4 (Tourist bus parking next to Ski Dubai), Atlantis The Palm (Next to the monorail station), JBR The Beach (Amwaj next to KFC Restaurant) and Souk Madinat Jumeriah (next to Seattle's Best Coffee)
- Sunset and Night Tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is 1 loop per day. The tour lasts 2 hours. Pick up times: Stop 1 (Zabeel Area Parking Bus Stop - Dubai Mall) at 6pm, Stop 2 (Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina) at 6:45pm, Stop 3 (Atlantis The Palm) at 7pm, Stop 4 (Fairmont the Palm) at 7:05pm, Stop 5 (Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah) at 7:05pm, Stop 6 (Souk Madinat Jumeirah) at 7:20pm, Stop 7 (Mall of the Emirates) at 7:30pm
- Al Seef Dhow Cruise: Daily and hourly from 10am - 3pm. Location: Al Seef Heritage Area (Dhow Cruise) - Stop 4 Red Route. Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours approximately
- Lost World Aquarium (included in the 2-day and 3-day tickets only): Open daily from 10am - 9pm every day of the year. Location: Stop 3 on the Blue Route (Atlantis The Palm)

Found the starting bus stop difficult to find because of little signage in the mall. Also the bus stops en route didn't indicate that they they were ",hop on off bus" stops

Very good, to get to the starting point by Uber or taxi you need to go to Dubai Mall zabeel P3 and take the elevator to the bottom level.

My experience was horrible. My flight got delayed for a emergency and I had communicated with them with more than 24/7 as stated in the rules of cancellation or change. it was 3 days before the date from Los Angeles and they never helped me out. I was able to reach out to customer service and they told me they would talk to the operator tour people and I even message them but they never communicated with me. All I wanted is to change my date because I wanted my tour for a different date because my plane has been delayed but they never rescheduled other to me ever. After my date I was able to request a refund from the app but they didn’t give me my refund still and still didn’t communicate with me. I think it was honestly mess up because all I wanted a date change. The rules of then saying we can do free cancellation or change in 24/7 is a lie.

Shocking … We were left by a taxi driver who said we could catch a bus from Burjaman Centre .. sent messages via this app to the operator who never responded. This was 14:00 Caught another cab to the frame and waited there for the bus. Got on .. and it went back to the mall. Now 15:00 We tried to get on another bus so we could do the rest of the journey to find that our PAID trip was cancelled. The money was taken from my account! A very kind gentleman helped with finding our booking and finally your offices re-instated the booking - by this stage it was. 15:47 .. He placed us on the next bus… which after stop 1 - we realised he put us on the red line but we booked the blue line! We got to the boat as we paid for this - we were completely ignored by the crew on the boat for a good 30 min until finally one came out to say the final boat was at 15:00!!!! This was not on the trip advisor app and when we looked at the ticket (issued at 15:47) there it stated 15:00 - but we did not know this upon booking this ticket on Saturday. The buses ran late every where we went, the onboard commentary via the head phones was very poor and on the whole it was terrible!

We met Mossa at the booth in front of the Lost Cambers Aquarium. He was very nice and recommended us a great tour. Our highlight was the 6 hour safari through the desert. We can highly recommend City Sightseeing Dubai. Thank you so much!
