We were a family with a baby, and both the driver and the ticket seller refused to sell us tickets because the bus had to leave, even though we were the last and only ones left to board. They left us with a baby and a stroller outside the bus.

The HOHO Bus stops right outside the cruise port which is great! However, we did have a small snag but Maria Mar was able to help us get it to get her. Once she did her magic, we were one the bus, ready to learn about the city of Cadiz.

It was a wonderful experience for the Red Cross; we were a group of volunteers and associations from the city of Cadiz, we made the arrangements through Lorena who gave us facilities at all times and was very kind to us. The tour of the city was unbeatable and the treatment received both from the company and from the driver, David Mora, was outstanding.
