This is a private tour priced by group 260 USD per group not per adult. Wulong Karst Geographic National Park is the second tour attraction inscribed on World Heritage List by UNESCO in Chongqing, the first one is Dazu Rock Carvings which mostly dedicates the cultural and historic side of Chongqing. This National park pretty much represents the natural side of this enormous city in western China. After Transformer IV was filmed in here, it's now becoming a super hot spot and the very first must go site in Chongqing. We focus on private tour service, make our clients travel like a local. Get started from downtown Chongqing at 0730, that would helps to avoid rush hour and buy us more excursion time. After 3 hours driving we'll arrive at the tourist reception center. Upon arrival we need to take interior shuttle bus, which is mandatory for enviromental preservation. The ticket for both the national park and shuttle bus should be purchased here. After a 10 min bus ride we get to our primary site-natural born triple bridge. The admission fare covering both Wulong Geological National Parkand the interior shuttle bus ride is 155 yuan per adult. Chongqing-Wulong 192 km 3 hour's driving.
Then move to Tiankeng(A giant sinkhole,also named the natural triple bridge), the primary sector of Wulong Karst Geological National Park. It's actually a grand valley throughs 3 ridges with naturaly formed sink holes, look just like 3 huge bridges. It's also the only site listed on World Heritage List by UNESCO. We firstly will take an 108 meters high cliff side viewing elevator to get down to the bottom Then we take a hiking tour through the giant sinkhole links all scenic spots including movie scenes of Transformer IV. The highlight is unique and magnificent natural landscape. The walking takes approximately 2 hours, moderate intensity.
Afterwards we take the shuttle bus back to reception center and will get our lunch in a local family hostel, default lunch menu will be medium spicy Chongqing roasted fish and some other oganic fresh local mountain food, not fancy but quite available and tasty. After lunch we'll drive all the way back home.

I had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our guide was incredibly friendly and made the whole trip enjoyable from start to finish. The ride was very comfortable, and the food at the restaurant he picked was excellent. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly — I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great experience!
It is a wonderful destination, with breathtaking landscapes! It is very worth it, in addition to being so affordable to do. Our guide, Mr. Ledgend, was very attentive and took us to lunch at a restaurant to eat the traditional Hot Pot. The car was 5 stars, very comfortable, and the driving very good.
The Wulong tour is absolutely worth it. The scenery is truly spectacular, and the landscapes are even more impressive in person. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would highly recommend visiting this incredible place. Our guide, Legend Kung, was very good and made the experience enjoyable. He spoke excellent English, which made it easy to understand the history, geology, and interesting facts about Wulong. He was organized, professional, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Overall, it was a fantastic tour, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Legend is the best!. He’s been doing this for 15+ years — he knows so much about the history of the area and made the whole trip way more interesting than if we’d just toured a on our own. His English was great and he was super responsive from pre-trip through day of. He was also really patient with our group — we had an elderly family member and a young kid with us, and he adjusted the pace and looked out for both of them. He also gave us a bunch of good tips for things to do in Chongqing outside of the tour, which was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend Legend if you’re heading to Wulong!
Wulong is amazing. You'll be in awe, I promise. One of the best excursions outside of any city that we've had...and Legend, our guide, is one of the best. The drive was quite pleasant with great views along the way and good chats with Legend. He shares so much about Wulong. His pride for his country beams when he talks...a really good guy and tour guide. This is one of those 'must do' experiences if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy
Incredible views and sights visiting the natural park. Legend was knowledgable, friendly, and knew where all the great shots should be taken. Lunch was a delicious hotpot and very accommodating as we're vegan.
Our guide was friendly, punctual and got us safely to and from the destination, which involved a long drive. He shared many interesting facts throughout the journey, and his English was very good. It came as quite a surprise to me that he spoke with such a strong American accent. When I asked him about it, he explained that he had deliberately cultivated an American accent because he liked its relaxed style compared with a British accent, which he felt sounded more formal. As we walked through Wulong National Park, he pointed out the best viewpoints for photographs and suggested where we should stand to get the best shots. He also kindly offered to take family photos for us at several locations, which we really appreciated. The restaurant chosen for lunch was very quiet, although the owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were also a little surprised that our guide used his bare hands to place food into the communal hot pot. In keeping with his relaxed conversational style, he occasionally used American slang and swear words in conversation. It didn’t bother us personally, but some travelers, particularly families with young children, may find it unexpected. One other thing to note, the tour is inclusive of bottled water. It wasn’t given to us automatically. We had to ask for it. Overall, we appreciated his kindness and the effort he put into the day. Wulong National Park is a beautiful destination and well worth visiting, but it is a long drive from Chongqing, making for a very full day. Our guide made the logistics easy, and we enjoyed the experience overall.
Legend by name, legend by nature! Our guide and driver Legend was simply outstanding — informative, funny, and with excellent English that made every explanation a pleasure. He knew exactly where to stop for the best photos, had umbrellas ready for us, and even lent me his jacket when I needed it. Those personal touches made all the difference. A genuinely wonderful day at Wulong national Park with someone who clearly loves what he does. Highest possible recommendation — ask for Legend, you won’t regret it!
Wu long is a must visit when you are in Chong Qing. Our guide, Legend speaks good English and prioritize safety. He gave great tips for taking the best pictures. Lunch was delicious (sour soup and chicken soup hotpot) and very homely. Be sure to take your breakfast before this tour cos you will eat around 1pm+. Do wear comfortable walking shoes, the walk is around 5k and takes around 3 hours. Easy hike, on flat ground.
I had a great tour with Legend. He is a bit pricier than some other Wulong Karst tour guides, but I specifically wanted a guide who spoke excellent English, and he speaks fluently. He even has a slight Southern U.S. accent from all the tours he has done! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and offers great tips throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an English-speaking tour guide in Wulong.
