We would also like to mention that this period is the winter holiday season in Poland. Popular and attractive places like the thermal baths tend to be very busy during this time — simply because they are truly worth visiting and loved by many guests. We would like to kindly point out that the period you chose for your visit is the busiest time of the year, with exceptionally high attendance due to holidays and peak winter season. During this time, the facility naturally hosts a large number of guests. Regarding your impression that the complex resembles a water park, we would like to note that the thermal baths are designed as a multifunctional facility. They include both relaxation zones (such as jacuzzis, saunas, and wellness areas) as well as recreational areas with slides for families and children. All these zones are clearly presented in the photos and descriptions available on our website at the time of booking. For guests seeking a quieter and more relaxing experience, we highly recommend visiting outside the peak holiday period. In particular, before December 26 or after January 6, the number of visitors is significantly lower, which allows for a much more comfortable and peaceful stay. We sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you during a less crowded period and experience the thermal baths in a way that better meets your expectations.
