Expensive for really poor quality food.

You would get better food going to the restaurant yourself. The one slice of pizza was okay, 1/2 beef sandwich was tough and dry no matter how much Au jus you put on, got a small sample pack of popcorn, the hot dog from a street kiosk was barely edible but the highlight of the day was the brownie at our last stop. The only saving grace was that our guide Max was so friendly and kept us all on track even on heat of the day. We enjoyed his walking tour. If this is Chicago best food they are in serious trouble!

Operator response

Dear Dee, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the food selections did not meet your expectations, although we're delighted that you enjoyed the brownie and, most importantly, Max's company and guiding. We're fortunate to have him on our team, and we'll be sure to pass along your kind words. Food preferences are naturally very personal, but we truly appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue reviewing and improving our food tour experience. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another tour in the future. Kind regards,
