Our walking tour of Cefula was wonderful. Much better than trying to navigate the town alone. Our guide,Marisa, told us the history of the area. She also shared all the local traditions and stories. She answered all our questions about Cefalu but also was a great resource for all kinds of questions we had about traveling in Sicily. She arranged lunch for us in a small restaurant on a side alley. The restaurant served fresh local seafood. Every dish was delicious
Jewel in a beautiful town, I recommend the full tour of the cathedral. The young guides who are deployed along the route show a rare enthusiasm and make appreciate even more a place so full of stories and beauty. Then lose yourself in the village to the beach. We would stay again soon.
