Very poor transport organization from HANOI-CAT BA Island catastrophic to the outbound and return, hours and hours waiting between each transfer and without any explanation. Guides don't do their jobs. As a reminder, we have arranged VIP transfers.

Got us from Cat Ba to Hanoi with bus and speedboat. Easy , smooth and very friendly. We were a group of 8 people. Also arranged shuttle bus to the hotel in Hanoi.
