Casablanca Premium Airport Chauffeur Service

We always arrange our airport pickups via Viator as they are normally terrific. As seasoned OS travellers who use such services regularly, we have rated this a 3/5. Here is why. We had been in contact with the operator prior to landing & after: we were not met outside the ‘Arrivals’ as is common practice. Instead we were advised to head out to the roadway & await him. Then the issues began (this is 1am morning time). We used WhatsApp to communicate. In short we were backwards & forwards without clear instructions whilst we were being pestered by hawkers touting for business. After finally sending us a pic of his car/number plate (at our insistence), he arrived minutes later. He did not take control at the pickup as he saw the touters & their actions: trying to carry our bags for a fee, which we tried to move along. We finally got onto our assigned vehicle, which was clean & quite large just for the two of us & all our stuff. There was no interaction on the one hour journey to our city hotel: that would have been a nice introduction to Morocco. So would we recommend our fellow travellers spend their money, based on our experience: in short, No. It was affordable but forgettable. The operator/driver got the job done without much thought for us the customer. There is no shortage of competition for this service from Casablanca Airport via Viator. Great experience with this transfer from the airport to the hotel. They contacted me before on What’s App to confirm details then stayed in contact until I was picked up by the driver. The car was very nice and the driver was very good. I highly recommend them.

My airport pickup and drop off was seamless. Yahya was very accommodating and patient as we navigated to get our bags, exchanged money, and out of the airport. He was in constant communication. Car was on site but took the driver few minutes to meet me, not a big deal! Car is super clean, drinking water, driver helped with my luggage (at pickup and drop off points)

Professional courteous efficient on time pick up and drop off shuttle between airport and hotel at the start and end of a two week vacation. Driver met us at baggage claim, late model clean comfortable van, transfer of luggage. Arrangement was made via Whatsap text/ call prior to arrival and departure. We also used this service to shuttle between Casablanca and Rabat. Responsive and dependable. Great value!

Great experience best to have pre arranged transportation from the airport because its far from downtown everything went great but somehow my driver was waiting but somehow missed him I may have went a different exit than he expected but other than that everything went great.

Punctuals, friendly, very clean and new car. They provided water when they got in the car. Today I even booked the return to the airport with the company.
