Sailing from Sorrento to Capri, we cruise to the famous Queen Giovanna's beach, the bay of Puolo and the fishing village of Massa Lubrense. “If you choose the option that departs from Positano, you’ll enjoy the stretch of coastline from Positano to Capri, with its wonderful bays and the small village of Nerano, before arriving in Capri and discovering all of the island’s best spots.” Once we arrive at Capri we begin our tour of the island with a sightseeing tour of the Coral cave, the Withe cave, the Green cave and the Blue cave. For the blue grotto there is an extra cost for the entrance and for the weather or some events it would be closed not depending on us

They will charge you 50€ extra on the day I don’t know why they do this as we paid £300 already and they used the excuse if fuel and port fees . I assume when you book a boat trip it comes with fuel and you need to board a boat at a port. Don’t book unless you are happy with the extra fee. They promised to stop for final swim session but they just wanted to go home. We got back before 5 but trip was for 9.30-5.30 There was no snack and drinks were not frequent or much choice. I think you should book when you get here instead
We are sorry to read that some aspects of your experience came across differently from what you expected. However, we would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Regarding the additional fees, these are clearly stated in the tour description and booking details, and we always encourage our guests to read them carefully before booking. Whenever guests have any doubts about the costs, we are always available to answer their questions. Therefore, while we understand that you may not have noticed them at the time of booking, they were not unexpected and were clearly indicated in advance. These are also mandatory fees imposed by the ports of Sorrento and Capri. Even including these costs, we believe our tour offers excellent value for money considering the quality of the boat and the service provided. As for the return time, our tours last approximately 7–8 hours, and we do not normally count every single minute. On the day of your tour, fortunately, there was very little traffic and overcrowding, so everything went smoothly and you were able to enjoy Capri without long waiting times. For this reason, the tour ended approximately 30 minutes earlier than usual. On other days, when conditions require it, tours can also run longer. We would also like to clarify that it is absolutely not true that the captain was rushing or trying to shorten the tour. In fact, some guests were late returning to the boat at the agreed time, and despite this, the captain waited for them and even allowed an additional swimming stop of approximately 30 minutes. For this reason, we are genuinely surprised to read that the swimming time was too short, as this does not reflect what actually happened during the tour. Regarding the drinks and snacks, drinks are available throughout the tour and guests can simply ask the captain whenever they would like something. We also provide an aperitif with snacks, Prosecco and limoncello. However, we would like to clarify that this is a boat tour, not a bar or a full-service free bar. We therefore offer a selection of basic refreshments such as water, Coca-Cola and beer, together with the aperitif mentioned above. We are always sorry when a guest’s experience does not fully meet their expectations, but we also believe it is important to clarify these points so that future guests have a complete and accurate understanding of what is included in the experience.
