Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was so well organised, from the pick-up to the flight and the timing. The whole experience ran smoothly and the team was professional and friendly throughout. The balloon ride itself was unforgettable, with incredible views and a beautiful sunrise over Cappadocia. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
The operator cancelled the tour, which was not their fault as all tours on this tour were cancelled. My only issue was the lack of communication. We came to find out that your operators knew as early as 2am that morning that flights were cancelled, yet they waited until we were dressed and waiting outside and 04:50 to tell us, and this is after we had texted and called several times to find out where our pick up was. They were very nonchalant about it and when we asked if we could reschedule for another day we were told that we have to rebook, that is, pay more money, when the refund would take a few days. The response was also very nonchalant. Next time, please communicate better! If you are looking for a tour, please shop around before booking this one.

Whats the point for tourists to travel feom far away places to come for balloon ride . This has been canceled for past 4 days. What a waste of time and money.

However, it is important to clarify that balloon operators and tour agencies do not have the authority to decide whether flights can operate. Each day, flight permission is determined by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority according to weather and safety conditions. When permission is not granted, all balloon companies must comply, and no operator can legally conduct a flight. Unfortunately, neither we nor any other tour company can control the weather or override a decision made by the aviation authorities. These restrictions exist solely to protect the safety of passengers and flight crews, even when this results in cancellations for several consecutive days.
