We did this tour as a couple and had a great time. Our driver, George, met us right at the hotel door and stayed with us throughout the entire day — he was friendly, helpful, and looked after us at every step. A real highlight, so a special thank you to George. The tour itself is wonderful: the experiences with the cheetahs, the giraffes, and the wineries were all excellent, and we enjoyed every part of it. One thing worth knowing in advance — and this is by no means the operator’s fault — is that the animal interactions with the giraffes and the cheetah are fairly quick. That’s simply the nature of what the conservation centres themselves offer, not anything to do with the tour or the guide. It’s just helpful to set expectations if you’re booking. One other point of attention: when we arrived, our time slot for the animal interactions hadn’t been pre-booked. In our case it caused no problem at all — we sorted it out on the spot and did everything as planned — but it’s something that could potentially have been an issue, so it’s worth flagging. It didn’t affect our experience, and it doesn’t change our rating. Overall, a really enjoyable day and one we’d recommend.
Thank you so much
