Andrew was very friendly, kind and enthusiastic from the beginning of the tour till to the end. He was helpful, providing us with information about the reserve and made our experience enjoyable.

The best part was, he made it fun! My little brother and sister were bored sometimes on trips, but Andrew kept them laughing and asking questions the whole time. It was nice and calm, we had the best time. We were able to see four of the big 5 up close! The only setback is it was very wondy and cold!! I recommend going during Summer or Spring.
