Viator offer no support and are a waste of money. The trip was booked with. Hotel pick up, and then after the cancellation window passed we were told via wattsapp that we had to make our own way the pick up location. The offered onboard to refund as Viator wouldn’t help and said we accepted the message and I asked for a refund, if we did not go we would not have been refunded and paid well over the odds for the trip through Viator. You can book direct on resort much less, whilst onboard everything is inflated and all they do is try to sell you things The boat didn’t work to begin with and wee we’re delayed over an hour because the anchor mechanism failed and had to be repaired. Do your homework as alot if these providers don’t offer any protection by booking with this operator
