Pickup Locations & Times
Once you arrive at Punta Cana Airport, our team will be waiting for you at the main exit where all passengers arrive. Your driver or Representative will be holding a sign with the name of the lead traveler who made the booking, making the meeting process easy and stress free. NOTE: If you make a reservation for a specific terminal and your group includes two or more passengers, but one person arrives at a different terminal than the one listed in the booking, an additional charge will apply for distance and waiting time. This is because the terminals are completely separate, and the driver will need to travel to another location in order to complete the service properly. One day before your arrival, we will contact you to explain all the pickup details and ensure a smooth, pleasant welcome to the Dominican Republic. If your pickup is at a hotel, you will receive a message one day in advance with all the specific instructions. The driver will arrive at your hotel and wait for you with a sign displaying the client’s name. Hotel pickups take place in front of the lobby, in the designated bellman area, for your convenience and comfort.

I went to Punta Cana and looked for a company and found IAT, the best thing that happened to me was choosing this company, Edward communicated with me and explained everything to me, the driver Wilson was kind, respectful, definitely this is the best company, I recommend it 100%
Edward coordinated my pick ups and drop off. I booked the night before because I realized the hotel didn’t off service to and from the airport. Right away they stayed in contact with me and guided me to the pick up point. Once I thought I was in the wrong place Edward called to walk me through it . They even had a sign for my arrival so I knew who was my driver . Such a great service. the driver was Safe and friendly . I would highly recommend this company I had no issues. The price was reasonable and fair.

This private transfer was everything we were hoping for! The communication was very well, they kept in contact and gave very good instructions. Our driver met us on time with a sign that had our name on it. We had a private car and were taken to our resort and picked up at the end of our trip. Pick up from PUJ was confusing. Ride back to PUJ was great
I'm not sure why you mentioned that the pickup could have been better. The day before your arrival, I explained in detail exactly what you needed to do when you arrived at the airport, and I also emphasized that the airport is currently under construction, which is why we use a different pickup location. If you had gone to the regular pickup area where most tourists are picked up, which is currently affected by the construction, the pickup could have taken up to an hour longer. Instead, once you exited through the meeting point we agreed on, your driver was already waiting for you outside holding a sign with the name "Betty Cromm." Below are the instructions I sent you via WhatsApp: When you land, please send me a WhatsApp message saying something like: “Edward, I am landed.” After you get off the plane, please connect to the airport WiFi. While you are in the immigration line, please let me know if the line is short or long. After you pass immigration passport control, you will go to customs. If you checked luggage, you will wait approximately 30 to 35 minutes at the baggage claim belt. The next steps are the most important. Once you have your luggage, please send me a message saying: “I have my luggage.” Then, after you grab your bags, you will go through the X-ray machine area. As soon as you pass the machine, continue to the exit. When the doors open automatically, walk just a few steps forward. I repeat, only a few steps forward on your left side, you will see an elevator. Take the elevator to the second floor. When you exit the elevator, do not walk straight ahead. Instead, on your right side, there will be another exit to the street. Go out through that exit, and the driver will be there holding a sign with your name. If the driver is not there immediately, please wait 3 to 8 minutes, and he will meet you at the meeting point.

We had very good service. They were attentive from before our arrival to coordinate our transfer. Edward gave us a lot of confidence in obtaining a safe and reliable transfer and Luis the driver was very kind and fun.
