From pick up to flight over the buccaneer islands and a tour of the pearls and mother of pearl and lunch it was a most enjoyable day
There are things that cannot be seen from the ground. You have to be in the air. Turquoise waters, red earth, and green vegetation in various combinations. Keeley was out pilot. Petit 20 something girl was in charge of 6 elderly men and women. There are two main destinations, the Horizontal Falls and a Pearl farm. The tour at the Sygnet pearl farm was educational and enjoyable.
Absolutely wonderful day. Our pilot Keeley was amazing. She was ; professional in all her interactions with her passengers, very knowledgeable about what we were seeing, friendly, helpful and a delight to fly with. She’s a very professional and competent pilot - a great asset to the company.
We had a truly amazing experience on this tour. The scenery was stunning and our pilot (Quinn) was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The stop at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm was interesting and lunch was delicious. Honestly can’t recommend it enough.
Keeley was incredible! Fun, knowledgeable, and oh yeah, a really competent Pilot. A real 10 👍 Plane was extremely tight and cramped for a large person. 6’3” 235lbs..
Hi Russell, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your day and that Keeley made such a great impression. We'll happily accept the "10/10" on her behalf! Her knowledge, personality and professionalism certainly make for a memorable experience, and we're pleased you enjoyed flying with her. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the aircraft seating. As with many aircraft used in remote tourism operations, space can feel a little limited for taller guests, particularly on longer flights. We understand this can impact comfort and thank you for sharing your experience. Thank you again for choosing to fly with us. We're glad the incredible Kimberley scenery and Keeley's company helped make the trip a memorable one. Warm regards, Ash & the Air Kimberley Team
Air Kimberley, pilot Stephen, delivered exactly what we hoped for - aerial view of the Horizontal Falls, and the Buccaneer Archipelago. Then a welcome spell on the ground at Cygnet Bay pearl farm and a nice lunch. Interesting talk on the cultured pearl process, then back to Broome. Good people, happy guests. Worth every hard earned cent.
Hi Chris, Thank you for your wonderful review. It sounds like the day delivered exactly what a Kimberley adventure should — spectacular aerial views, fascinating local stories, a relaxing stop at Cygnet Bay and a great lunch to top it all off. We're pleased to hear Stephen helped make the experience such an enjoyable one. The Buccaneer Archipelago and Horizontal Falls are truly remarkable from the air, and there's something special about seeing just how vast and untouched this part of the world really is. We're also glad you enjoyed learning about the cultured pearl process at Cygnet Bay. It's a unique Kimberley experience and a great complement to the flight. "Good people, happy guests" is a compliment we'll happily take, and we're especially pleased to hear you felt the day was worth every hard-earned cent. Thank you for choosing to fly with us, and we hope to welcome you back to the Kimberley again one day. Warm regards, Ash & the Air Kimberley Team
Our trip to the Horizontal Falls was a fantastic day. The flight was great and thanks to both Keely and Shand for their expert piloting on a very windy day. Scenery from the air was stunning and the flyby of the Horizontal Falls was dramatic stuff! The stop off at Cygnet Bay Pearlfarm, with a very tasty lunch and a really educational tour of the farm by the entertaining and knowledgeable Terry, was another highlight. The in-flight commentary along the way about the local history was really illuminating. A well run organisation with little add ons we weren't expecting but much appreciated. It's obviously an expensive trip but worth every cent.
Hi Robert, Thank you for your fantastic review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your day exploring the Kimberley with us. The Horizontal Falls certainly know how to put on a show from the air, and we're pleased the conditions allowed for such a dramatic viewing, even if the wind was keeping Keely and Shand on their toes! It's wonderful to hear you enjoyed the stop at Cygnet Bay as well. Between Terry's storytelling, the fascinating history of pearling in the region and a good lunch, it's certainly a favourite part of the day for many of our guests. We're also pleased that the commentary throughout the flight helped add some extra context to the incredible landscapes below. The Kimberley has so many stories to tell, and it's always rewarding when guests leave with a deeper appreciation of the region. Thank you as well for recognising the little extras along the way. We enjoy adding a few unexpected touches to help make the day even more memorable. We truly appreciate your kind words and your support, and we're delighted to hear you felt the experience was worth every cent. Warm regards, Ash & the Air Kimberley Team

Terrific flight! Great commentary by Kellie during flight! Loved dirt landing. Terry from Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm gave an interesting and entertaining tour! Best barramundi ever! Extra treats were a bonus! Thanks Freddie and Kellie!
Hi Carol, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review. It sounds like you managed to enjoy a little bit of everything the Kimberley has to offer in one day! We're thrilled to hear Kellie's commentary helped bring the flight to life, and that Terry's tour at Cygnet Bay was both informative and entertaining. I also have to agree with you on the barramundi, it's hard to go wrong with fresh Kimberley barra! We'll be sure to pass your kind words on to both Kellie and Freddie. Our team loves sharing this incredible part of Australia with our guests, and feedback like yours means a great deal. Thank you again for flying with us. We hope the memories of those Kimberley views (and that barra!) stay with you for a long time to come. Warm regards, Ash & the Air Kimberley Team
Captain Aiden was tip top!! we’re travelling with all family members of 5 & with an elderly mum in law in tow and I could say Aiden was the best.
Hi Jon, Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear that Captain Aidan looked after you and your family so well. Travelling with a group spanning different ages, including an elderly family member, can sometimes add a few extra considerations, so it's fantastic to hear that Aidan helped make the experience comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to him, being described as "tip top" is certainly the kind of feedback every Air Kimberley pilot loves to receive! Thank you for choosing to fly with us and for sharing your experience. We hope you and your family have taken home some very special Kimberley memories. Warm regards, Ash & the Air Kimberley Team
