Fantastic tour, I contacted several operators via email and they immediately inspired confidence in me due to the speed of their responses, the program, the price, and the possibility of booking the private tour just two days before leaving with payment at the end of the tour. Our guide Pram was fantastic, always attentive to our needs, the driver was also good. I asked to be able to have the best room for the night and they fulfilled my request. Truly nothing to complain about. I absolutely recommend it!

We've just finished a 2-day trip to Mount Bromo and Ijen, it was one of the best experiences. Everything was beautifully organized from start to finish, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide and driver, Ray. Ray was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He made sure we were comfortable during the long drives and always kept us informed about the schedule and what to expect next. His positive attitude made the whole journey much more enjoyable. The sunrise at Mount Bromo was absolutely unforgettable. We arrived early in the morning, swapped into a jeep with another driver and Ray guided us to a perfect viewpoint where we could watch the sun rise over the volcanoes, he took the best photos! After that, we explored the Bromo crater itself on our own, but Ray made sure we had enough time to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed The trip to Ijen was also amazing, Ray drove us to the meeting point in which Johnny walked us up the volcano he was equally great at sharing knowledge on the volcano, miners and taking the best photos. What we appreciated most was how well organized everything was — transportation was comfortable and all the logistics were handled smoothly. Ray went above and beyond especially with all the driving he had to do! I highly recommend this 2-day Bromo and Ijen tour to anyone visiting East Java, especially with Ray as your guide. The trip includes entry to both places, 1 night hotel, 2 x breakfast and dinner, water plus all the transport between the locations Thank you, Ray, for such an unforgettable adventure!
