Perched 94 stories above the Windy City in the former John Hancock Building, 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip!
Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8.

Ticket only allows guest to skip the ticket line and immediately enter the security line. The ticket does not grant access to the Fast Pass lane to the elevator.
Tickets are non-refundable due to weather, low visibility, or mistakenly purchasing this attraction(360 CHICAGO is not located or affiliated with the Willis Tower). 360 CHICAGO will happily reschedule your ticket for up to a year.

The experience once we...
The experience once we arrived to the location for the Observation Deck Sip & View. Everything was nice.
Concerns before we arrived: It would help tremendously if VIATOR could provide major landmarks nearby the location of the booked tour. For Example: The Cheesecake Factory (widely known establishment) was near the Observation deck. This would have narrowed it down more to where the meeting place was. It was very frustrating for us to find, although we were using the GPS while we walked to the Observation Deck. Even the GPS did not give clear directions for this particular event location.

You have to pay an...
You have to pay an additional $15 each for the 360 thing. Ripoff! And the Margarita was really terrible

Spectacular
Defenetly one of the most beautiful places in Chicago. It is spectacular. The atmosphere is great, the bar is awesome, everything is clean and I was blessed to have a beautiful day with the most beautiful views. It is a wonderful experience. Recommended.

Beautiful view, moderate bar
In terms of views, this is the best place in my opinion: the building is on the side of the city, on the side of the lake. This gives you a beautiful overview of the city and the lake.
The lesser points: the windows were dirty (you look from the inside).
We had booked the TILT attraction and a cocktail in our ticket. The TILT attraction is being hyped a bit and I don't think it's that spectacular. I enjoyed doing it, but it might not have been worth the 30 min queue. The cocktails were $23, so if you want a drink you can take advantage of the cocktail already booked. Unfortunately, the quality is a bit on the mediocre side. These points give me 4 stars instead of 5.
Conclusion: do you have time left: fun to do. You have to choose: other things might be more interesting.

Aside from the view, awful
So the view and the staff were amazing, but it was really not how it was portrayed. It was dirty. There wasn’t enough seating it smelled badly. I was expecting a lovely sunset cocktail looking out the window maybe some nice music… Instead, there were children running around everything was dirty. I would not go back, not worth it rushed out of a lovely five star dinner to get there in time. What a waste of time.

Get the basic ticket
The view of the city is beautiful. Everything else is a useless American-style gimmick, a waiting line of over 30 minutes to lean out the window that tilts but doesn't add anything special to the view

Disappointed
It’s morning to do. There were closed areas and the Tilt experience is a super long wait. My time was 2pm and they weren’t open until 5. Not much to do but look out the window. Then the picture they took for us that you have to buy wasn’t even properly centered. It was a waste of time and I regret coming.

Beautiful views, Sticky experience.
The views from the Cloud Bar are incredible. Very memorable. The included cocktail was delicious and the gift shop had lots of neat items. However the Tilt experience was less than thrilling, and frankly kind of gross, because they do not wipe down the handles after each ‘experience.’ I was more concerned with the nasty, sticky mess than I was about the Tilt experience. Also, you should know that the photos they take are ridiculously expensive.

Looking at Chicago from above
Walking along the Magnificent Mile, we ended up at the 875 North Michigan Avenue building, commonly known as the John Hancock Center, which is a supertall skyscraper with 100 floors and 344 meters. When the building reached its maximum height on May 6, 1968, it was the second-tallest building in the world after the Empire State Building in New York City, and the tallest in Chicago. It is currently the fifth-tallest building in Chicago and the fourteenth-tallest in the United States. The reason we ended up here was that at the top of it is 360 Chicago, which is an incredible observation deck of the city. To go up, you can take one of the high-speed elevators that cover the distance in just 40 seconds. On this same floor is the CloudBar and the TILT attraction, which allows you to tilt outward from the building on a glass platform. Highly recommended for those who wish to have an exciting adventure and be able to see the city from another point of view
