Nice journey to visit the extended areas of Dublin
Very little information given on trip to Dun Laoghaire
Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience with Dublin Bay Cruises. Most of the staff were brilliant, friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the trip. The cruise itself was excellent and the onboard team did a great job creating a pleasant atmosphere. The only disappointing part of the experience was the staff member working in the shop downstairs. Unfortunately, she came across as though she didn't want to be there. During our visit, she didn't smile once and spent most of her time on her phone. Whenever a customer approached the counter to buy something, it seemed as though it was an inconvenience for her. Customer service is a big part of the overall experience, and this interaction stood out in contrast to the excellent service provided by the rest of the team. That said, the cruise itself was fantastic and the majority of the staff were a credit to the company. With a more welcoming attitude in the shop, the experience would have been perfect.
Very amazing experience. Every member of the family had a very wonderful time. Even my 2+ years daughter enjoyed herself.
So lovely we had a very good time
Should have looked at forecast!!!!!
My wife and I did this boat trip recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. The boat and the staff on board were excellent. We went one way and got a train back to Dublin. Thouroughly enjoyed our trip.
Friendly, professional crew onboard. Nice ride out to the Irish Sea. We went to Dun Laoghaire, where we had lunch and explored.
I went on the Dublin Bay Cruise with colleagues from work, this was a fantastic day and we got so lucky with the weather (although a little cold out on the open water!!)
Sorry I wasn`t able to take part
