Please note that no refunds will be given if you are denied participation on the day due to medical reasons.
- On the day of the tour, it may not be possible to visit the Blue Cave due to wave conditions. In such cases, the tour will be changed to an alternate location with many tropical fish and coral. Please note that no refunds will be given in this case.
- The shop is located in Onna Village on the main island of Okinawa. If you mistakenly make a reservation thinking we are located on a remote island, the standard cancellation fees will still apply.
- The staff are Japanese. Please understand that guidance will be provided using simple English and translation apps.
- No refunds will be given in any of the following cases: • Ineligibility to participate on the day due to medical history or being under the influence of alcohol • Cancellations due to changes in the tour location • Late arrival • Any other cancellations due to customer circumstances
- For bookings of three or more people, the tour will be private. For bookings of two people or fewer, you may be grouped with other guests depending on availability.
- The eligible age for participation is from 3 to 60 years old.

Overall a great experience! Staff were very accommodating considering we don’t speak Japanese, location was easy to find, gear was well kept, and the snorkeling was 10/10. Would definitely come back.
