We enjoying our experience and gained access to areas we would not have otherwise visited. That being said we are intermediate birders so we are not obsessed with all birds all the time. If that is the your expectation you may be dissatisfied with this trip. Frank our guide was great at local knowledge but he is not a birder. He knew where to take us for birds but couldn’t really ID any for us. That left us to our birding Apps and a book he carried. Overall a good experience but not really a tour for serious birders.
Hi , all thanks , for your review. I thought I stated my strength, I know most of the birds in my language. I've taken really serious birder in the past 8years . I only registered this product now. Please don't be mistaken with how I do my tours , I've learnt from a lot of previous serious birders to let the people enjoy on their on . I'd you remember I taught yiu guys few Xhosa names . I know most of the birds there in native languages.
