Important Information

- Since the tour’s route might require the bus to cross the border between Italy and Switzerland, non-European citizens are required to present a passport to pass Swiss customs, while European citizens can use a valid ID card. All documents must be original (no photocopies or digital versions).
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

- Transportation by Coach from/to MIlan. We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
- Should we reach the required number of participants for a single group, the tour will operate in a single language rather than bilingually

With all the buses that were there it was difficult to know which one was yours and you have to ask everyone and they redirect you from one place to another. We would appreciate it if the signs were larger and if your reservation indicated which bus is yours. Regarding the tour, Kevin was attentive at all times to ensure we were okay and the information provided was very complete. The time to see Como is enough to see the old town, in Bellagio you have enough time but since it coincides with lunch it falls short. Also our review for the driver for a good job.
Very good excursion. We were surprised by the explanations that our guide Kevin didn't stop giving us throughout the day. They give you a \"radio\" so you can hear him at all times, including during the boat ride. In Como they give you enough time to walk around, and in Bellagio if you avoid wasting time having lunch there is also time to see the most important things. Very good coordination and punctuality at all times.
We found the guide to be fantastic, very attentive and professional. During the 2-hour boat trip, he did not stop talking and providing information at any moment. Thank you Kevin for this experience

Well, to see Como it is enough, the boat, the directions were very good for seating but since it was packed we could not see, unbearable heat and when we finally arrived in Bellagio after two hours thinking we could enjoy it, but oh my God it was packed to the rafters, luckily we had time to eat on the run, but we didn't see any Villa or anything, I would not recommend it in summer. Toni a 10 as a driver, Kiara good, but since it was in Spanish and English it was a bit tedious, I prefer those that are only in one language.
Kiara and the driver Tony were wonderful. Super well organized. In two languages the whole time and the explanations were very clear. The return trip traveling along the entire northern part of the Lake was beautiful. Thanks for everything!
