Amazing tour. Karoline was fabulous. Super knowledgeable. Great guide!
Alexander was a great guide as we traveled by bike through the streets of Copenhagen. He was very knowledgeable about the history and current events in the area and told us interesting antidotes with humor! We very much enjoyed our ride with Alex and thought the price was well worth it.
Very cool Tour with a very nice Tour guide Caroline.
Rachel was a very knowledgeable guide. She made sure the group was safe and we had a good time. Recommend going in the morning if you are able to.
Thanks so much for this review! Glad Rachel kept things both safe and enjoyable for the group, and appreciate the tip on going in the morning too, that'll be handy for future guests. We'll be sure to pass this along to her!
Was in CPH solo for a few days and started the week off with a fantastic bike tour with Rachel. She was kind, knowledgeable, funny, and great at adapting on the fly to accommodate the interests & vibe of the group. She also did a great job guiding us in the bike etiquette of Copenhagen, which has helped me feel more confident biking around on my own the rest of the week!
What a great way to kick off a solo trip! Glad Rachel brought the fun and knowledge while reading the group's vibe along the way, and it's especially great to hear the bike etiquette tips gave you the confidence to keep exploring on two wheels for the rest of the week. We'll be sure to pass this along to her!
Rachel gave an outstanding bike tour! She has great communication skills; the tour was both fun and informative. The provided bike was easy to ride and to change gears. I highly recommend this tour!
What a fantastic review, thank you for this! It's great to hear Rachel's communication really shone through and made the tour both fun and informative, and that the bike itself made for such an easy, comfortable ride. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Rachel, and thank you for the recommendation, we hope to welcome you back soon!
A lovely tour and there were only 3 of us on the tour (just lucky) and weather was perfect. Our guide Natalie was knowledgeable and outgoing. Great way to see the city. Only issue we had was Viator itinerary said the tour would include stops at Nyhavn and Tivoli Gardens which it did not. Don’t blame the tour operator or tour guide but the net result was we missed two of highlights in Copenhagen. We were on a cruise and our time was limited. To properly see Copenhagen, you need more than one day
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review, we really appreciate it. Just to clarify regarding Tivoli Gardens, this is a spot the tour passes by rather than one that's listed as an included stop on Viator, so that part was as expected. As for Nyhavn, we do try to include every sight listed, but factors like weather conditions or the group's pace can sometimes mean a stop gets missed, which seems to be what happened on your tour, and we're sorry for that. Thank you again for the honest feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to Copenhagen again soon!
I really enjoyed this tour! The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Because it was a small group, the guide was more than happy to oblige our questions. Biking was at a reasonable pace. I liked going on a weekend as the guide mentioned there's less traffic on weekends.
We are delighted to hear you had such an enjoyable bike tour experience! It is wonderful to know that the small group setting allowed for a more personal experience and that your guide was able to answer your questions and share their knowledge along the way. We are also pleased that the relaxed pace and quieter weekend atmosphere helped you enjoy exploring the city by bike. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you again for another memorable tour!
Wonderful and very long tour through Copenhagen. Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to understand. We were especially delighted biking through Freetown Christiania — what a fascinating place. Bob even invited a local resident bystander to give his take on the history.
Really glad to hear you enjoyed your time exploring Copenhagen with Bob! It’s great that his knowledge and friendly approach made the tour easy to follow, and that cycling through Freetown Christiania stood out as such a memorable part of the experience. We love when moments like the impromptu local insight come together naturally like that. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback!
Phenomenal start to our stay in Copenhagen! Huge THANK YOU to Alex, your professionalism and in-depth knowledge about the city was top-notch and we learned so much from you in just 3 hours. It was a cool and very windy day, but that didn’t keep Alex from still giving us one of the best tours we have ever taken (for reference, I’ve visited nearly 50 countries and love doing bike tours to help get my bearings in new places) 10/10 highly recommend!!
What a lovely way to begin a stay in Copenhagen. We’re so pleased to hear that Alex gave you such a strong introduction to the city, and that his professionalism and depth of knowledge made those three hours so worthwhile. It’s especially nice to know the tour stood out even on a cool and windy day, and that it helped you get your bearings in a way that felt genuinely memorable. Coming from someone who has travelled so widely and values guided experiences as part of discovering a new place, your words mean a great deal to us. We appreciate your recommendation and would be glad to welcome you again.
