Situated to the west of Bangkok in Samut Songkhram, the Maeklong Railway Market is one of the most unusual markets in Thailand. At regular intervals throughout the day, a loud train siren will sound and in a matter of moments, the shop owners will scoop up any stray produce, use long poles to hold up their awnings, and casually make way for the huge passenger train that chugs directly through the market! Once the train has disappeared, the vendors will place their awnings back into position and the market will continue as usual.
Damnoen Saduak floating market is the most popular floating market in Thailand, great for photo opportunities and food. An early morning start is worth it to avoid the heat and catch Damnoen Saduak at its liveliest. Most visitors who come to Thailand want to visit a floating market and many of them will end up here. A trip to the market can be a fascinating insight into Thai’s culture.
Thailand is predominantly a Buddhist country, home to thousands of temples and some of the most famous are in the capital city of Bangkok. Namely the Grand Palace, The seat of the Thai Royal Family and the Center of Religion. Thailand's most iconic location.

This day trip was great! I only had one day in Bangkok & this covered everything I wanted to see. The guide was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Bangkok is very hot & humid. The guide brought an umbrella, hand held fans, & a spray that cools your body. All in all the tour was long but that was to be expected with seeing so much in one day. Highly recommend if you only have one day!

We visited Bangkok in February and only had two days in the city, so having a private guide and driver made a huge difference. We were able to fit a lot of the major sights into a single day without worrying about transport, directions, or logistics. The weather was very hot, so the air-conditioned van was greatly appreciated and made the day much more comfortable. Nikki took the time to understand exactly what we wanted to see and tailored the day accordingly. Her English was excellent, communication was clear throughout, and we felt completely comfortable from start to finish. Communication before booking and in the lead-up to the trip was also excellent, with quick responses and clear information provided throughout. We hit the ground running for our two night stay in Bangkok and we were so lucky to have found Nikki. Right from being picked up in a wonderful air conditioned mini van with water and cooling towels we felt like VIP's. Nikki really was the best and we loved spending the day with him and being introduced to the home he loved . Every stop was unique and we were not rushed we were able to totally soak in the atmosphere and see the country through his eyes . Whether it be the Maeklong Railway market, the floating market or the breathtaking Grand Palace , Nikki's knowledge and enthusiasm was infectious. I travel every year and this is the best tour I have been on. The guide, Nikki was wonderful, He took us to all of the best temples, train street, floating market , etc. Not only did he provide the history behind each place and took great pictures of us, but he was a joy to be with.

This tour so good, the tour guide really kind and have a lot of knowledge regarding all places that we went to. We spend 3 days tour, 2 days in Bangkok and 1 day in Ayutthaya that was really good, we love it!
