I booked the visit with Gyg at first without knowing them, and immediately the manager Hesham contacted me with availability and excellent Italian. Every guide I had was very kind, available, and truly approachable, a quality that is absolutely not taken for granted here! I GUARANTEE! Always brought with a brand new van just for us, with drivers who are not only skilled at driving given the location, but also kind and always extremely available! It's a shame we booked the trip to the pyramids with others because now we will be certain that it would have definitely gone better than the one we took! Last visit to the mosques with lunch and transport to the airport. It is useless to talk about the guide, a phenomenon like the other for the reasons already mentioned!

The tour operator did not show up. I sat in the hotel lobby for three hours waiting to be picked up., but nobody came.

Our guide Omar Saleh is a very friendly person; we arrived a little late for the tour and waited for us without any complaints, always kept an eye on us and helped us get better prices in the shops! I definitely highly recommend it 100/10
Must do experience. Felt completely safe as 2 female travellers and the guides were so knowledgeable about the history of the area. Everything you are looking for, from customised jewellery to oils and Egyptian fabrics and tea. Safe to say my suitcase is now full :)
As a solo traveler this was a good tour. Abdelrhman the tour guide was very friendly and did hos best to make me smile. This is a shopping/sales tour. The stops are certainly picked to put you in front of sales people in a high pressure environment. I knew this and was ok with it and enjoyed the experience. My tour guide sat down with me for a lovely afternoon tea and helped me navigate the market and get a few good deals along the way. I dont think I would recommend the mosque visit as a clearly north american visitor. The guide was kind and so passionate to share the history and culture with me, but it was clear that their were others there who felt i wasn't welcome. Definitely recommend for the price. Just let them know what you want out of the tour and they will make it happen.

Omar Saeed is the guide everyone would like. He speaks Italian perfectly, he is a kind and prepared guy. Explain everything in detail and patiently, as well as take visitors to a beautiful place where you feel immersed in local culture. I recommend this activity but above all I thank Omar for being so helpful. Truly unforgettable.
