This company employs freelance guides but will not take responsibility if one is rude and inconsiderate. They will gaslight you; insult you and will never apologize. I would NEVER recommend the company. Zero customer service skills and only want your money. Lots of other your companies to consider.
Dear Abi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify the full situation for anyone reading this review. Your original booking was for the 8:30 AM tour. Our booking information clearly asks guests to contact our emergency number via WhatsApp if they are running late, so that our operations team can inform the guide and advise on the available options. Unfortunately, we did not receive any message before or during the morning tour. Later that day, you approached our guide and attempted to join the afternoon tour directly. However, your name was not on the confirmed guest list, and no change had been approved by our operations team. Our guide therefore acted correctly by not allowing an unconfirmed guest to join the group. Guides are not authorized to change bookings, transfer guests between departures, or add guests without approval from the operator. This procedure is necessary for guest management, safety, and operational reasons. Our guide also informed us that she apologized and asked you to contact the company directly so that our operations team could assist you. We understand that you may not have felt the apology was communicated in the way you expected, but we do not believe it is fair to state that our guide never apologized or that the company refused to help. We would also like to address the statement that our company “only wants your money.” Since the original tour had already been missed, we could have required you to make and pay for a new booking. Instead, we offered to reschedule your tour at no additional charge as a gesture of goodwill. We made this exception because we genuinely wanted to give you another opportunity to join the experience. No additional payment was requested. We take all feedback regarding our guides seriously. However, we must also support our guides when they correctly follow company procedures and refer booking issues to the operations team. We are sorry that the solution we offered did not meet your expectations. TT was the best she thoroughly explained the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and the Wat Arun and all the history behind it I’m not sure if TT was our guide because we did it through Viator but if that’s the case than you need to book with Viator most kind and humble person I’ve met.
We had a great time on this tour! Nun was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to explore on our own as well, which we really liked! Would recommend to anyone visiting!
Today we had an all-round successful tour of Wat Pho and would like to thank our guide Peach. Despite a heavy monsoon rain that delayed our start significantly, Peach waited patiently for us and greeted us brightly. Her calmness and positive charisma saved the whole day. Peach showed us the complete temple complex. The tour was excellently organized and very varied. She shared countless insider tips with us, went well beyond the ordinary and taught us Thai culture and Buddhism in a lively, easy-to-understand way – including important hints on respectful behavior and intercultural peculiarities. She created a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere with a lot of humour throughout. We felt very comfortable with her, could ask any question and always received detailed and valuable answers. A special highlight: She even had treats for the temple cats! Thank you, dear Peach! This was one of the most beautiful and authentic experiences of our Thailand trip. We would book this tour again at any time and can only highly recommend Peach as a guide. If you really want to experience Bangkok and its culture, you are in the right place!
