- Limit of 2 luggages per passenger for porter service. The over number of luggage (size over than 56x36x23 cm) is charged at THB 100 per luggage.
- The passenger who need to apply for Visa on Arrival and Report of Yellow Fever with Health Control will need to pay extra for addtional service 500Bht per person if we found that you have to apply this service and cannot collect the payment then this will be failure of the service with no refund
- If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made.
- Please note that our services are tailored to the number of bookings made in advance. If you arrive with a party exceeding the booked number, our services will be automatically canceled without further accommodation and no refund will be made.
- The passport holder of Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia is not permitted to use this service. If you booked please note that no refund will be made
- This service must be booked at least 24 hours before the actual scheduled flight time.
- The flight number, date, and time must match the real flight. Selecting a later service time to pass the booking cut-off is not permitted.
- Changes are valid only after written confirmation from our team. Incorrect or unconfirmed flight details may result in no service and no refund.
- Additional service charge of THB 1000 per dog, excluding tax
- Chinese passport holders are required to provide a copy of their passport, return flight ticket, and hotel confirmation.
- Bookings made with an incorrect or later service time to bypass the 24-hour cut-off will be considered invalid
- The activity provider reserves the right to reject any booking containing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading flight details
- The 24-hour booking cut-off is calculated from the actual scheduled flight time, not the time selected during booking

Reservation on TripAdvisor for Bangkok airport expedited immigration. Reception right off the plane. Very fast immigration process because it was directed by the guide whom we met on the other side of passport control, and baggage claim was also guided, followed by exiting through customs. Assistance ended for me at this point. End of the service was very efficient and the guide was very competent and friendly. Thank you for the accompaniment. I highly recommend it.

This all met or exceeded my expectations - Wonderful experience. The representative was right there with my name on a sign in the hallway as I exited from the jet bridge and stairs into the terminal. She was pleasant and very helpful - all the way out the taxi area to get me into my can on the way to my hotel. This is in stark contrast with my last trip to Bangkok two years ago when I signed up for similar VIP arrival services with another provider. No one met me at the airport and I ended up waiting in a line at immigration for 2 hours after being on and off flights for the prior 30 hours. No one responded when I tried to call someone. It took a couple months and hassle to get e refund.

You will need a visa to enter Vietnam and apparently the Immigration Department / Ministry of Pubic Security doesn't check any of the information you submit and simply issues the requested Visa. However, when you show up at the airport to catch your flight, ground personnel won't issue a boarding pass because they do pay attention. LOL At that point, your only alternative is to pay hundreds of dollars (up to $500) to private companies obtain an "Emergency Visa". WATCH OUT!!!!!
This was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. It felt so comforting to have someone waiting for me at the airport. My agent was kind, caring and professional. This experience made arriving to Bangkok for the first time as a solo traveler so much less overwhelming. It was the highlight of a long travel day, I would highly recommend thos service to anyone and everyone traveling to Thailand.

Arrived at Bangkok Airport on the 9th May 2025 only to find out that an Arrival Card into Thailand is now required for foreigners. This new arrival card system was introduced on the 1st May 2025. As we were in travelling throughout Asia we were aware of this change The process is an online application that takes about 5 minutes requiring Personal info, Passport info and accommodation details. The government processing completed quickly
