Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available from most hotels, villas, Airbnbs, and cruise ports in the Montego Bay area and surrounding regions. Please provide your exact pickup location at the time of booking to ensure a smooth experience. For hotel pickups, please wait in the main lobby at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. For cruise ship passengers, your driver will meet you at the port entrance holding a sign with your name. Pickup times may vary depending on your location and will be confirmed after booking. Please ensure your phone is on and reachable on the day of your tour. If your location is outside the standard pickup zone, additional transportation fees may apply. Customers need to bring- Driver's License, Water shoes, Towel, Change of Clothes, Cash, Sunscreen.

Hands down to fresh look tours They were so awesome from the airport transport to departure. So professional, great communication. Everything you need when coming to a new place. We felt so safe with these guys. They made our trip so much more easier. Our excursion day was a 10/10 with the. Fresh look tours was the absolute best! Made the experience very enjoyable and seamless.
