I received the details of the meeting point at the fountain near the double gate of the old city for 12 noon. I waited from 11:45am-12:20pm with a no show. I called the attached help number without success. I went to the Tourist centre there and they rang the company (Viator) but no answer. I received an email that rebooked me for 4pm. I again waited as directed this time at the Tourist Centre from 3:50pm to 4:20pm but again no show for a guide. I spoke to 8 guides of other groups but none were mine! What is the game Viator is playing ???? Very disappointing and an intense waste of my time .....
Dear Guest, We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, we have carefully checked our booking records, and unfortunately, we did not have any booking under your name for this tour on that day. Our guide was therefore not expecting you at the meeting point at either 12:00 PM or 4:00 PM. It is possible that the tour was booked with another company or operator, as we have no record of your reservation in our system. We sincerely hope you can clarify this with the company through which the booking was made.

Great experience! The guide was nice, and funny, and helpful. We learned a lot about this beautiful city, saw all the interesting places and must-sees. The view from beneath the Flame Towers was amazing and the wine tasting was a pleasant finish to the trip. Our group was just the two of us so it felt like a private tour. Thank you!
I had a great time with my mom on this tour. Our guide, Adil, made it feel like a private experience since it was just the two of us. We explored the old city, visited the Museum of Miniature Books, and enjoyed a lovely wine tasting. There was a long queue for the funicular, but Adil quickly arranged a taxi so we didn’t have to wait, which we really appreciated. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience both informative and fun. I’m very impressed with Adil and would definitely recommend this tour to others.
