Ba Na Hill and Golden Bridge Full Day from Da Nang

Lin was such an excellent tour guide. He made the Ba Na Hill and Golden Bridge tour interesting and fun. He really looked after the group as well. I recommend him as a tour guide as he was so engaging with the group and with everyone.

A lovely day out. The cable car was a great experience. Our guide Rosie was professional and experienced. Would recommend.

The tour guide was a lovely lovely guy called Thinh who was one of the friendliest people we've met so far. Top marks to Thinh for his enthusiasm and energy. He's a great tour guide. The park itself is a bit mental but we were prepared for the quirkiness and knew it was a fad for tourists but as we were travelling with kids I felt we were open to the experience . The concept is interesting. A magical french village in the sky with rollercoasters. What's not to love. The cable car was great. But on arrival we each had to pay an extra 300k on top of the entrance we'd already paid in order to get the sun world SILVER WOW pass to avoid waiting two hours for a cable car. We hate the Skip Queue pass concept but it was so hot and kids were losing the will to live and there were soooo many tourist buses arriving every minute The actual french village was rammed with tourists. Queues everywhere. The wow pass was supposed to allow us to use a separate queue for rides but we never saw evidence of this. There is a GOLD WOW pass that allows this on some rides. If you have the opportunity to buy the wow pass before you get there definitely do it. I'm sure it's cheaper. We found that we queued to get food only to be told that the food counter does not accept cash and there is a separate place to pay for items before ordering. Buying food and tickets for the rides is overly complicated and frustrating. Especially when it's 35°. If you are there to wander and wonder at this magical place perhaps you may enjoy it more than us. Maybe go by private car and get there for the first cable cars to avoid the crowds. Or do the afternoon 3:30 entrance which is quieter but rides will be closed by 5pm. Overall we felt we could have spent a day elsewhere and had more fun without spending so much on this trip.

It was an early start but understand why as its to beat the crowds. Lin our guide was amazing in navigating all spots to ensure we got the best pictures and had the best time on the tour. He was cheery and informative. He ensured we got to buffet ahead of everyone so was a more leisurely experience. Cable car ride was worth all the hype. We had a great day, so thank you.

Thanks to our great guide Mr. Jun we had perfect day at Ba Na Hills. He was kind, helpful with a perfect english and made our time pleasant.

When I booked it, I somehow didn't realize this was a guided tour. I am not a fast walker. I have pain. The guide, Quang was super friendly and attentive to any of us in the group who fell behind. (Hubby and I were NOT the only ones....) This is fantastic for young, fit people who want to try to see everything the park has to offer! I thought we were getting park tickets and a buffet lunch. I was not disappointed just a little surprised.

Great little trip, they pick you up from your hotel, take care of you during the trip and drop you off afterwards. Good guides and we were lucky with the weather.
