My black cab tour with Paul exceeded expectations so much so we felt he was worthy of a generous tip at the end. Paul was flexible to pick us up an hour earlier to do the tour at short notice. From beginning of the tour he shared excellent knowledge of each destination we visited accompanied by photographs and audio to enhance the experience to the maximum. I would highly recommend Paul for anyone doing this tour
Stephen was excellent! We really enjoyed the tour and learned a lot
If you ever find yourself traveling through Ireland, I highly recommend taking a black taxi tour in Belfast. This is not only a sightseeing tour, but an opportunity to see the history of Belfast through murals, memorials, streets and communities that have been affected by great turmoil for hundreds of years. Our driver, Ricky, a historian and artist, shared his own personal experiences growing up as a young child during the most violent times and how that has shaped his life today. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history and conflict among the Irish and gives his account in an unbiased way.
Very good informative and educational. Guide very helpful and local knowledge.
Fantastic educational experience for us and for our three kids! The tour was well-organized and thorough. Wholeheartedly recommend.
A great tour, we learnt lots about Belfast history. Great way to discover more about the Troubles. Thank you
An amazing honest and informative tour about a very troubled time in history. Our wonderful tour guide George was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience so fascinating. From the booking to the completion of the tour everything was smooth and efficient. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.
Kevin did a great job and would highly recommend him.
Jimmy was very knowledgeable and an excellent guide. We were very pleased. We’ll be sure to use the services of Viator again.
Our two hours with Ricky on The Troubles was, in many ways, life-changing. We knew nothing of The Troubles outside of the fact that they happened. Ricky shared the experience from the Nationalist and the Unionist sides with quiet dignity and openness. We learned so much and value the understanding.
