Did the chicken tajine & taktouka class with Chef Ali and loved it. He’s super authentic, funny and honest, not just going through the motions. Took his time with everything, never felt rushed, and gave us really useful tips from his years as a chef. Food turned out delicious and we actually learned stuff we can use at home.
