Your tour begins with picking you up from the specified address you choose. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located 65 km from Kraków, in Oświęcim. The journey to The Museum will take about 1h 20 min. During the road our driver will explain to you everything about the tour, what it will look like step by step, and answer all your questions. Before your tour starts, you will have a 15-minute break for the toilet.
The first part of your tour is Auschwitz I, the former main concentration camp. You will learn everything about the beginnings of the concentration camp in this place, as well as about various things that happened there. The main part of the exhibition is located here.

Kapi took us to aushwitz and was really nice, played good music in the car journey and waited as well as explained everything to us so there was no confusion about what we were doing and where we were going. We brought our own packed lunch but they also offered one for around 60PLN which is a pretty good deal. A very stress free trip, no queues and the experience itself was excellent.

From start to finish, what an incredible and emotional day visiting Auschwitz with included travel from Kraków. We were looked after throughout the day by Igor who was absolutely brilliant. Our driver Dawid was very good professional and very informative and also gave us recommendations while staying in Kraków. The Autchwiz Birkenau Tour was an experience definitely is a must while visiting Kraków. Time was not an issue, Auschwitz was the largest and most lethal concentration and extermination camp complex operated by Nazi Germany during World War II. It stands today as a memorial museum to pay respect to those who died and survived. The guide on the tour was very good and answered any questions that was asked, the tour was not rushed.
Very good and recommendable experience. Our driver, Kapi, was super punctual and friendly. It is very convenient to be picked up and dropped off at your hotel. You don't have to wait in lines to get tickets, or worry about traffic, or parking. The visit to the 2 concentration camps transforms you completely.

It was a wonderful experiencia, almost mandatory if you come to Poland I would say. Igor, our chofer and guide, was perfect. So attentive, a lot of information and very sensitive and respectful with such a hard subject to digest. Also such a cool and easy to chat with guy, he turned such a difficult subject into a very pleasant day. I would 100% recommend the experience with them!
